Raise The Bar is a great gym with very professional and super friendly staff who work very hard with you to achieve your goals. They offer flexible sessions and given no membership this gym has a very personal feel to it. I can only recommend it. In particular my trainer Mike Bernknopf does a great job at keeping me motivated, providing a wide spectrum of exercises and ensuring that I carry them out correctly.

I've been going to Raise the Bar for several months and I love it! I'd like to describe it as a boutique-style training studio. It's well-maintained, has everything you need and feels comfortable. Mike is one of the best trainers I've ever had and one of the best people. He'll keep you motivated and always wants to see his clients succeed. Working out with Mike is one of the highlights of my week. I get excited to train with him, learn new exercises and always have a good laugh while crushing goals. Highly recommend!

Mike at Raise the Bar is wonderful! Very knowledgeable about all aspects of training. Not only the physical part but the mental and nutrition part as well. Always makes himself available for questions and is always very positive and encouraging!

I LOVE this training studio! I have been going twice a week for about a year now and i couldn't be happier! I have trained with both Alec Stewart and Mike Bernknopf and they both are very professional, nice and def know what they are doing when it comes to training! The studio is perfect for small groups to have an intimate workout experience with their trainer. 10/10 will never work out anywhere else!

I train with Mike every Tuesday Thursday and let me tell you he is the absolute best!!!!! Amazing trainer and very attentive to the individual needs of his clients and really listens to my goals and plans workouts accordingly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! A++++

Raise the Bar Training Studio has been a life changing experience for me. Mike created workouts specific towards my needs and used feedback data to help track my best results. He coached me on food choices, workouts, answered every question I could think of, and became a great friend along the way. He was flexible when schedules were crazy, but above all he was a smiling face that was always encouraging. Raise the Bar Training Studio trainers and community are an excellent support system whether you are looking to lose fat, build muscle, increase mobility, or all of the above.

Raise the Bar Training Studio has been a life changing experience for me. When I first started training with Mike I was overweight and overwhelmed by my poor decision making that lead me down a dark path of self-hate-- I was extremely vulnerable. Mike was empathetic towards my self-consciousness, while still holding me accountable to reach my goals. Mike created workouts specific towards my needs and used feedback data to help track my best results. Cannot recommend Mike at Raise the Bar enough! He came highly recommended by many close friends who have trusted him with their health and fitness journeys over the years and I am so happy I followed suit. I came to Mike with little to no knowledge other than wanting to look and feel my best for my wedding day. He spent ample time getting to know my habits, goals, obstacles, etc. before customizing a plan to help me achieve what I was looking for. The facility is equipped with various types of equipment for all fitness levels and the team has continuously maintained a safe, comfortable environment over the past year. It’s so nice to finally have a trainer and studio that doesn’t feel turn and churn like others- ample parking and dedicated 1:1 attention during training is a huge plus.

Cannot recommend Raise the Bar enough! The facility is equipped with various types of equipment for all fitness levels and the team has continuously maintained a safe, comfortable environment over the past year. It’s so nice to finally have a trainer and studio that doesn’t feel turn and churn like others- ample parking and dedicated 1:1 attention during training is a huge plus.

I found this place back in August when gyms were still closed & was looking because I felt my body needing to start working out again...I compared this personal studio with some other ones based on prices and overall the vibe/attitude through conversing with the studios I reached out to. Selma was my first contact here and she gave me all the info I needed, friendly and quick to respond- she set me up with a free one on on meeting with my now personal trainer Mike! It was basically a mini interview about my goals and lifestyle, my experience with working out etc. I’ve been working out since mid August to present and have seen/felt a really progressive change, physically, in my body strength, & posture. With only working out 2 days a week I can definitely tell it is working. The studio is small and one on one, so it feels good with everything going on, but also the way they come up with a customized plan to execute your goals makes it feel very attainable. They do measurements and have this fancy machine that weighs/figures out your body fat so that you can keep track of progress. I’ve had a few different training experiences that I haven’t loved and so was hesitant to start again but there has never been judgement from Mike, only lots of encouragement...friendly & down to earth, corrects my form when I’m wrong but in a uplifting way, and great conversation as well. I’ve loved working out here, can’t wait to keep growing and learning more.
