Living spaces and the carefree plan you spend extra money on is a joke. Living spaces employees will upsell you and make promises about their warranty... BUYER BEWARE. It's USELESS. I spent a lot of money on a couch from them for everything to go south in the long wrong. Extremely disappointed with their lack of customer service, lack of care, and the horrible misuse of information to be had. I was a customer of theirs for a few items, but I will no longer give them business due to all of this. Waste of time. Waste of money. Everything brought to managements attention too will not be taken care of... sadly.

Still no solution from Living Spaces even though we bought extended warranty with the surface pealing off. Cannot believe such low quality even though the chair was not cheap. Properly treated leather should not peal off, this was not bonded leather!

Purchased dining room set. Chair broke on day 3. They would not replace the chair, refund it or discount new one. Absolutely horrible customer service!! I own multiple businesses and would been great my customers like this!

Amazing customer service! Honestly I felt NO pressure like a lot of furniture stores. Most are like car salesmen and you know who’s “up next” right when you walk in the door. Not here, they were amazing and so helpful

If I could give zero stars, I would.After shopping all over the city, my son found a nightstand that he wanted with this facility. We ordered two of them. While the delivery was executed in a decent amount of time, both of the nightstands arrived broken and scratched.Going through the warranty process is grueling. Having to submit pictures and wait 72 hours for their office to reach out to you. Then, once the warranty is approved, YOU have to contact ANOTHER department. Thus, waiting longer to have another person contact you regarding the delivery of the replacement item.THEN, after all of that, we only got one delivered after submitting the warranty request for two. So, I had to go through the entire process again!Now, I have been granted another warranty ticket only to find out the item is no longer in stock.The refund of $700 is pending and depending on how fast I get that will dictate my mood further, but I will not be doing business with this company again.

We find that every time we visit Living Spaces in Scottsdale we’re always greeted promptly & professionally. The salespeople here don’t work on commission, so it feels more genuine when they want to help you. (Don’t get me wrong–I was a commission salesperson for most of my working career & it’s an honorable/helping way to earn a living!) But, the people at this store just seem very “real” in their desire to help you make the right decisions. It seems to always be the same. We love the quality of the products as well–many are still made here in the U.S., which is becoming so rare these days. All in all, a great choice when you’re looking at home furnishings.

We had a great experience with the help of Jesse F. After looking at recliners in our own and ready to leave the store, Jesse found us and helped us find the perfect two-seat recliners with a center console that is perfect for what we need. The delivery to an out of town location happened within days and the drivers were incredibly fast, friendly and efficient. It doesn’t get much better than that! Thank you, Living Spaces!

My boyfriend and I knew what soda we wanted when we walked in. The man helping us, Clint, was so nice. He made sure to tell us the difference between our choices and didn’t pressure us to purchase anything. He was very patient with us when we were deciding. The couch was delivered the next morning and it was super light and easy to unbox. It is very comfortable and good quality. There is also a care free plan for any damages that may occur. 10/10 recommend this store for furniture.

Staff was very helpful once they engaged. The manager was polite and wanted to be sure I was well taken care of. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wish they would have communicated and been transparent about the cost but maybe they figured that because it's Scottsdale I wouldn't care, they were wrong. I love my new furniture and look forward to getting it in my new place. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Victoria

Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else. They will lie to you in the store to get you to buy stuff and then you can never contact the store directly about your issues. You will always get to a corporate line that never seems to know what’s going on.We have had a slew of issues with living spaces. Some issues were “fixed”, others have not been and I don’t think will be.To start, we ordered a bed frame, couch, oversized chair and ottoman from them. The customer service in store was fine in general, I think our salesperson was new but he was nice enough. Whoever his manger was, not sure his name, had quite an attitude. When we told him twice that we didn’t want the warranties, he lectured and talked down to us saying “well why not?” In an aggressive tone. Truthfully, we should have walked out at that point.We finally move on from the warranty talks after having to tell 3 sales people that we weren’t interested (super annoying but whatever).Delivery time comes and our bed frame is delivered to the wrong house and the delivery person fakes my husbands signature! Husband gets the notification it’s been delivered and has to drag it all to the house alone in Phoenix heat. About an hour later, after we’ve complained and gotten a refund on our delivery, the delivery guys shows up and asks to take a photo of the delivery to prove it got to the right owners. Again, fine but still frustrating.We finally get to build our bed frame and we are missing several bolts. We call again to get our pieces and have to wait another several days for the pieces to come. So we got to sleep on the floor on our mattress even longer. They tried to make it better by giving us free assembly. Great but that’s now the second issues we’ve with more to come so still frustrating.Fast forward to today. Our couch was guaranteed to us 3 days ago. We called again today and we’re told it’s still “in progress”. We already knew that based on the status online but we’re trying to understand when it would finally arrive and why we were told a certain date if that couldn’t be accomplished. Things run late, it happens, but they seriously told us that “custom orders takes 4-6 weeks”. And they have no real estimate for us now so who knows when we will have a couch. So basically this store lied to us to get us to buy the couch because we made it clear we needed it asap. We moved to this state with basically no furniture and were relying on a quick-ish delivery on the couch. It really sucks to be in a home with no nice place to sit because Living Spaces lies to make money off you. This also baffles me because their sales people supposedly don’t make commission, so what do they gain from scamming us?We will never purchase from Living Spaces again and will be sure to tell everyone we know to avoid them.

Terrible experience. Came in to purchase a large piece we had looked at the week before. The manager came over with an associate trying to sell us a warranty. Super high pressure to buy it. The piece we were looking at had damage on it and was told a discount would happen. The manager then told us that if we were waiting for a discount, he would not approve originally told they were discount. I told him we would no longer purchase from a store like that. He told us “have a great day..” they were upset we would not buy the the warranty and had terrible attitudes. I would never purchase from this store again and we had other pieces in mind that one large prices as well for our new large home here in Scottsdale. Very upsetting

My experience at Living Spaces was great. Stephen Petre was very fun to work with. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. We laughed with each other and he shared great ideas with us. My decision to purchase the couch I liked was very easy to make and I will share this experience with everyone. Thanks Stephen and Living Spaces.

My son and I searched A LOT of websites looking for the best sectional/sleeper. I didn’t want to order something without sitting on it or seeing how the extension worked. We kept coming back to Living Spaces and decided to check out the product. It was comfortable, easy to pull out the bed, LOTS of storage space and the color was perfect! Brandon, our salesman even up sold the extended warranty which I was happy to add. Can’t wait to have delivery tomorrow!
