I would not shop at this store. Taylor is a very rude individual with an attitude problem. She is very immature and rude to customers. Do yourself a favor and shop online.

I love L’Occitan’s products and I’ve gone in person to the fashion square location and experienced great customer service but today was different. I believe her name was Taylor, but she had an attitude for-sure. My cousin and I both looked at each other after she spoke to us about the products because we were in disbelief! She made us feel dumb to be honest I was so confused. Thank you Taylor, I will be shopping online now.

Amazing customer service !!! A young lady by the name of Kela was absolutely beyond helpful and very welcoming !!!! Such a sweet smile with a great ascent made my shopping overall a 5 star experience !!! We need more people like these <3

Walked into this store on a whim and so glad I did!! Had an amazing experience with Rom today, she's so inviting and helpful! She showed me all her favorite products which we ended up having the same great taste. I'm so happy with my purchase. She really made my day and I'll definitely be visiting again :)

The production is very good, but the sellers suffocate you with their manner of "shouting at the very moment you enter the store"
So I've never seen anything like this anywhere, you go in with the mood to enjoy and choose something good and beautiful. You enter the store and hear loud shouts: Hi, how can I help you... and at this moment you forget what the purpose of the visit is ??? disgusting!!!

First off this has nothing to do with the products. It's basically 1 star for customer service but since I like the products and store in general I will give it 2.So the date was today 5/8/23.The Fashion Square store.The time was close to 8 pm.I walk into the store and no one is there aside from myself and the sole sales associate. I walk up to her and she is staring at her phone the entire time. I have to say (as I am right in front of her).... "Hello I am here for a pick up".She graciously gets off her phone and says: "Okay can I get a name?" Yes - my name is Benny.She grabs the gift bag. "Okay can I see your ID" ... okay sure.I show her my ID.Then I state, "So with my purchase it states that I have a choice of a gift set. Which ones are available?"She looks at me like I am literally the stupidest person in the world and shrugs like: What do you want me to do about that?Afterward the ever appropriate and helpful gesture her response is: "You should have added that to your order."I say yeah, there wasn't an option for that I can show you on my phone because I screen shotted it.She gives me a big shrug again.... and I look at her with my best....Are you serious right now face? "You should have added it to your order"So I decide to read what is written to her and it states: Buy your product online, pick up in store and receive 1 free sample available in your chosen store... ....again I reiterate that it does not have you select an option for your set.(Plus it kind of makes sense that there could be limited supply in each store?)She scoffs and hastily opens the counter in back of her and grabs a box.She says "Okay here you go" and shoves it in the bag.I said, "And which sample set is that?"She says, "It's LITERALLY the only gift set we have available"Then she takes the set out and opens it and shows me what is inside and hastily puts it back in the bag."It is the only set we have."I was barely saying "Okay" but she cuts me off .....She says, "Okay so you're all set now, BYEEEEE"I actually didn't say anything to her after that because nothing that would have came out of my mouth would have been very nice. So there was some dead silence as I just stared at her.She broke the silence by saying "So we've had A TON of orders today and you're LITERALLY THE ONLY ONE who couldn't add it to their order so that's just SO WEIRD".This gift was for my mom.I'm a dude and I pretty much only shop here for my mom.I've never had a bad experience at any store I've been to over many years, all I could say is wow by the end of this interaction.Almost felt like I was in a candid camera skit. Not sure why people like this think they wouldn't get called out of their nonsense - especially when they're the only one working.PS: I will include the screen shot for added validity to my story....LITERALLY.
