I actually used to love Lowe's. I thought it was a great store with great customer service. My ongoing experience since December 2023 has changed everything I once used to enjoy about this store. On December 2, 2023, we purchased a new pit boss pro series black triple function grill combo. It was due to be assembled and delivered on December 11th, between the hours of 11am and 4pm. It finally arrived at 6:30 pm. In the morning, when there was daylight, we realized the igniter was jammed, one of the burners wouldn't light manually, and the Pit Boss itself was damaged. There wasn't any assistance offered on the phone for days, so we physically walked into the FLW store one week later. They turned us away and sent us to the McDowell location because they were out of stock. The Mcdowell store sent us back to the original store where we made the purchase. There was no accountability, an overall lack of professionalism, and bouncing us back and forth because no one wanted to deal with the damaged product that they delivered.It was a struggle to get them to agree to pick up the damaged grill on January 1, 2024. Once that day came, they did not call and no showed. We had to reschedule them to come out January, 2. On January 6th they attempted to deliver a new grill but it too was damaged. Lowe's Scottsdale location on FLW promised to make it right but now our grill was coming from Peoria on January 8th and the manager confirmed that it would be delivered today January 15th. Again, it came dented (the delivery guy even took pictures) and the igniter on the first burner does not work. THREE deliveries. THREE damaged grills. The customer service of Lowe's has been a nightmare. I would not recommend this store to anyone.

If you are looking for tip top service , knowledge staff and people that truly care about.. look no further this is your spot .. Benny in the door department went above and beyond with helping me find the perfect French doors for my home improvement project, he even walked to the front at checkout to make sure it was all handled with precision..... the managers were kind , check out staff ... doesn't get better than this ! You guys rock !!!

F lowes. I spend thousands of dollars at Lowe's every year. I had some stuff I bought for projects that I didn't end up needing. Tried to return it. They won't give me my money back or store credit because the transaction was more than 90 days ago. This is a new policy. From now on I'm shopping anywhere but here. Buh bye geniuses.

If you want to be ignored, ask for a quote on vinyl fence installation. It's been 2 weeks since Jason came out - still no quote or reply to repeated texts and phone calls and in-store face to face conversation with a manager. They are nice but absolutely no follow through. I guess they don't want my business anymore for the big stuff. Just a paintbrush here and there.

Nice and clean store with great halloween displays right now! I love going in there because the employees all specialized in something at a previous job and they all tell you to go see so and so because they know everything about said subject. Its really helpful because no matter what project I'm doing I know they will have someone with the know how to get me the right products I need for the job.

I ordered Roman Shade Blinds from the Lowe's 'Scottsdale Location' on February 14th, 2023.It is now August 14, 2023 and I still do not have my blinds! The incompetence & apathy has been such a nightmare for me. Improperly measured 3x. Improperly Installed 3x. Taking time off work. Cannot get a return phone call. If I could give negative stars for the customer service at this location I would. The Assistant Manager "Sean Todd" is now supposed to be involved in rectifying my situation but after 4 weeks with no end in site, my prospects look dim. Will update my review if anything changes.

I order a $8000.00 front door. Everything was good until the door arrived damaged. Now Lowes installation say's they will send it back to the factory to fix. At this price I want a new door and they are saying no. They will only repair the damaged door. Do not do business with this company. They will take your money, but will not stand behind their products.

I like Lowe's but not for big projects anymore. Projects don't get completed in 90 days. I had my electrician install a switch for my finished remodeled bathroom. Had the bought the fan and switch at the same time. The switch was a dud when he went to install. Maybe 6 months. I was not even given store credit for it. How can you be a hardware store and not have a good refund policy? Homedepot takes anything back no matter how long because they do real construction work. If you have a remodel Lowe's is not the place. Really disappointed lose a customer over $25 is poor service.

Purchased an upright freezer with free delivery and paid $50 for haul-away of old freezer.It was delivered on schedule from the Lowe's Warehouse by Lowe's delivery men, and not their sub-contractor delivery service.Problem was upon leaving the delivery driver said he doesn't have room for the haul-away and they will come tomorrow for it and call first.I asked, "Do you promise?". He said, "yes". He left it in my driveway.They didn't call or come and getting through to someone to help was a nightmare. They said their records indicate that it was hauled away.I said, "My driveway with a freezer on it indicates differently". I have no faith that they will pick it up and I have arranged for it to be hauled away. Now I'm fighting with Lowe's to get my $50 haul-away fee refunded.I won't purchased anything again that Lowe's has to deliver and haul-away.

terrible location !!! can't believe this how u treat Scottsdale Customersbeen on the phone for 20 min going back and forth . can't get no help for shingles !!!! the manager Denise needs to do a better job managing this location and her employees to help us customers correctly .I bet Home Depot don't take 20 min to help me !
