The Tshirts are awesome, but the shipping and customer service are a cluster. Lost the package. 1 month, 20 emails, 2 people saying they reshipped it expedited (when they didn't) and a thirty minute phone call later- I received most of my order. The clothes shipped to me 30 minutes from my house, and it took a month. From Walton, Ky to Union, Ky took a month.. I was offered a 25percent discount for my trouble on the phone, but they never emailed that to me. Bwahaaaaaa

I aways buy jeans from that will be changing due to rude employee at store. Walked up what size you looking for I tell here and our store don’t carry size. I said they have had in the past. Our never carried that size. I will not be returning to store rude lady on the floor!!!!

Return issue . The manager Kristen acted rudely on a return of a shirt that was 30 dollars . The tag was missing , no where in their policy is this a requirement except for under wear and swim wear.For a 30 dollar shirt she belittled us and shamed us . The store was packed with customers and she is a loud talker I'd be embarrassed to be her .Taking something back really hit a sore spot with her. I told her we can't use the item and told her to keep it . Never in my life have I been treated so rudely about returning something... After she read the receipt she said she'll grant the return because the no tag no return policy wasn't on the receipt . But ,as she made the point clear, " it is a policy.From now on we will buy lucky on line and return to this location what doesn't fit ...

Love this store!The staff here is exceptional. I walked in and they knew my size. I explained my needs, they pulled together some great looks! I was in and out on my way to the airport in 30 minutes! They were wonderful! A perfect fit for a professional woman! Yay!

i don't typically leave reviews on chain clothing stores but i had such a wonderful experience with the assistant manager Brick at this location last week that i thought they should get some recognition!!! They were so charming and had great recommendations on jean styles based on what i told them i liked. They were super helpful getting me fitted and gave such thoughtful input on styling. It's rare to get compliments from someone in a setting like this that aren't objectifying or disingenuous but Brick was so sincere and thoughtful about what they said to make me feel confident and really listened to my concerns about fit and comfort. They brought me different styles to try in what felt like seconds and they never made me feel like a burden for needing different sizes. Seriously so efficient and friendly i felt like i was playing dress up with an old pal! Thank you, Brick!

Echoing what others have said, while the actual product is good, the service here is absolutely horrible. I came in with my friend Luke to buy some shorts and exchange a pair of jeans with a faulty zipper. The jeans were less than a month old. I picked five shirts and my friend Luke picked six shirts. We were at the counter when one of the two saleswomen in the store commented on Luke's hair being out of place and the fact he had a missing tooth. It is something you shouldn't mention to a stranger, especially a customer you've never met. After that unpleasantness, I tried to return the jeans but discovered I left the receipt in another bag in the car. The other saleswoman told me they couldn't exchange the pants without a recipe. News to me as they have done so in the past. I asked if they could look up my purchase since it was from less than four weeks ago. She rolled her eyes and said no, they were too busy. She said no. I couldn't believe it. There was no one else in the store besides Luke and I. And the eye roll? Seriously? We left our 11 shirts behind and walked out. As we were walking out she said, "Tata. Better luck next time."Later that day we were shopping at the Lucky store in the Scottsdale Fashion Square and they exchanged the jeans with no problem. I won't be shopping at the Lucky in Kierland ever again.
