Erika went above and beyond to provide me with great customer service. I felt like I had a personal shopper who cared about helping find what worked for me. If she's not management, she should be. Everyone I've encountered in this location has been super friendly. Prices are steep, but from what I understand, the clothing speaks for itself in quality. Can't wait to lounge in my joggers in complete comfort.

Terrible manager named Dameron. Made me stay in line twice for exchange because of the needle in the bag. I find it really rude.

I get that most malls have closed around the valley and that means people are swarming to fashion square now and it’s upsetting because now we’re mixed into that crowd because of our skin but were not going to steal anything I assure you. We’ve been shopping here long before the the newer crowds started showing up. It’s the first time a lady came up to me and my brother asking if we need help like no lady we’re not poor we know what we’re here for and yes we’re actually buying something not like the other window shoppers.

I have been shopping at lulu for 10+ years. The attitude of the employees, specifically the manager is 1/10. Quality of the clothes has drastically reduced. I went to exchange a pair of shorts that were clearly defective and that was a mistake. I won’t be going back as a customer again.

the staff were super friendly and welcoming, brynn made sure to check in on the fitting rooms constantly to make sure everything is going well. cashier was super nice and all the girls are overall super sweet. the store was pretty organized and clean, there were also like six staff members in the store, lots of people to ask for help. great experience!!

Very disappointed in the customer serve and how they dealt with replacing my two pants that were not holding up within the first year of having them.They replaced my friends items with no problem and she had the same issue with the pants as I did. I really wish they would take care of all customer me the same.

Wow, what an awesome experience that Jen provided us with trying on newly released clothing. She was very helpful with sizing and looking for additional colors we needed. Conner did an an amazing job at the checkout, the process was fast, fun, and friendly! This place is well worth the drive from southern California! Thank you!

My shorts were not performing the way they should but have already worn them Stefanía (hopefully I spelled it right) was able to exchange for a bigger size even though I had already worn them appreciate her and the store exchange policy

Such a weird experience. So as a family spent over 20k at Lulu maybe more and for once I decided to use their quality promise. Normally I would just toss the item but a friend told me just take it in. So I took in one of two pairs of swim trunks I paid $100 for and worn three times and they were ripped in three places. As I took them in the employee was super friendly till the manager came up and rudely said these are our old models and we can give you 5 dollars credit or fix them. $5? What can I do with that, so of course I said let's fix them. I let her know I wore them 3x she said that's why they damaged because if they sit blah blah she had an excuse for everything. If I said they separated before I took them home she would of said Arizona is dry lol. I asked if I can speak to manager she boldly said I know all about Lulu I've been here 8 years. So she gave me a slip and submitted for a repair and told me I'd get an email in 6-10 minutes for confirmation. 3 days later no email so I called and they said they are ready for pickup. I picked them up today and they weren't even repaired wthhh it's not even about the shorts it's about taking care of your customers. Imagine losing a customer over one pair of shorts and a customer who's spent thousands. I bet lulu wouldn't like that SMH

I have been to many Lululemon stores because my husband and I like their products, staff has always been helpful and the stores have always been neat/tidy no matter how busy they are. This location in Fashion Square Mall has very friendly/ helpful staff BUT the place was so messy I was turned off and couldn't shop.

bad customer service, two cashiers were just talking in front of me and my mom and had us waiting for 2 minutes and didnt say a word to us. My mom just decided to go to the other cashier because they werent letting us pay

I didn't like how the staff was asking me every min if I needed help. There were like 15 employees and only 6 customers. It makes the shopping experience unwelcoming
