Their bags? Total win. Cute, comfy, and hold up great whether you’re hitting the gym or running errands.
Overall vibe: stylish, easygoing, and super reliable.

Lacking in many areas, but customer service is their biggest issue. For a brand where tshirts can run you $100, you’d think you would have better customer service and managers in place.
The manager, (female name won’t be mentioned) acted as if she couldn’t care less about her job or the reputation of the store.
Brought in a shirt that was a little over 5 months old and is already coming apart at the seams. She said it doesn’t fall under their promise guarantee, so I could buy another one for 25% off. Unfortunately their products don’t meet the price tag, and their attitude is suitable for a brand more like Walmart.
I’ve also had shorts that just fall apart after barely a year, but other cheaper brands like Fabletics hold up for 3+ years with twice the use.
Don’t fall for the brand scam, thinking you’re paying hundreds of dollars for quality brands, when all you’re buying is inflated marketing.

I had the most amazing experience with Kacey she helped me figure out an issue I had with my leggings inseam and she was so attentive and went above and beyond to help me!! Absolutely love this location and store.

The Scottsdale quarter location has been the best experience with Lulu and is now my go to if needed. I have come in with two, what I thought, difficult situations that the teams helped me with in no time at all and helped ensure I was all set. They’ve always been nice and helpful and curious when walking around the store as well. My recent interactions solidified these thoughts as I had a lingering issue that I thought would have been a difficult feat that was taken care of immediately with no hesitation. Great staff and a nice location

According to their website, this store is supposed to open at 10am. Arrived shortly after opening time to closed doors, cleaners washing windows, and staff chatting in the back of the store. Perhaps Lululemon staff needs a watch to go with their apparel?

I really like this place. It has an amazing collection of quality items that are well displayed and easy to find. The ambience of the store is great, and it is in a nice location. But the best part is the people who work here. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you are in the area, you should definitely check it out.

My daughter went into the Scottsdale Quarter location yesterday and was disrespected by two employees in separate instances. Upon being welcomed by a leggings section sales rep with dark hair and highlights, she was asked what size she wore. My daughter responded and the rep looked her up and down, scowled and said “Uhhh, whatever you think.” Unreal. Even my daughters’ friend asked her if she was ok because it was so offensive. Then when my daughter was leaving the fittings room, she turned in her unwanted items. While she was still standing there a blonde fitting room rep commented “I work at Lululemon OF COURSE I would have to wipe deodorant stains off of clothes!” Ever heard of sticky branding? Ask Abercrombie. Or take a look at this stores reviews. When your brand becomes synonymous with gross judgment and fueling the insecurities of women because of willfully ignorant staff, it’s time to restructure.

Well, great leggings… but wasn’t a fan of running back and forth to the dressing room to get different sizes. The judgey looks also….not great. Maybe next time I’ll get dolled up before coming to shop. Bummer! Happy with my selections though, so go me.
