I am so grateful I found this place! I had a wonderful experience here, from start to finish. Navid (the owner) is a pleasure to work with. He is super knowledgable, honest, and fair. He goes out of his way to make sure his service is exceptional. He knew exactly what my Mercedes needed and took care of it efficiently and for a good price. Admittedly, I'm the type of guy who doesn't know the difference between a screw driver and hammer, so how the heck am I supposed to know anything about car care? I genuinely value someone who is honest and trustworthy in the car industry, as excellent mechanics are not ubiquitous. Navid, the owner, works solo the majority of the time. He puts his heart and soul into his business and clearly prioritizes customer care. I got an oil change and some other minor maintenance things done. At the end of my visit, Navid gave me a fist bump. I low key wanted a bro hug as I was so happy to find him. I will definitely be back here for all my auto needs.

Disclaimer, I have not had any service done here. However, I did call to inquire whether or not he could work on my vehicle(not a Mercedes), he regretfully could not. He did ask me what problems I was experiencing and gave me advice on how to resolve them over the phone. He was very friendly and gave me some good directions on how to move forward with my car and if i had a Mercedes I would totally take it here.

I bought an older Mercedes Benz ('05 E320 Cabriolet) from Navid a couple years back. The car was like he described. I enjoyed it then sold to a friemd. During my ownership LuxuraybDtar Auto /Navid serviced the convertible top. Navid is a master Mercedes Benz mechanic, he is honest, funny and he always knows what the problem is from the way you description. I like his turn around time (quick) and reasonable prices are definitely less that the dealer. Now I have 2013 E350 Cabriolet and he just completed B3 service. I'm very pleased with Luxuary Star Auto & continue to go back and recommend friends & family to them.

My 74 Mercedes diesel needed some diagnostic work determining a hard start issue and no one else was up for the task. They determined the problem, sourced the hard to find parts, got it sorted and it's working perfect now. Replaced the fluids too along with some fuel lines that needed attention while they were at it. Got the car back clean and obviously kept indoors while it was with them, a big plus since old cars and their interior/paint can be damaged sitting outside or neglected. The price was surprisingly good, I was expecting to pay more than I did. I own an autobody shop and can say from a person in the industry that these guys are some of the good ones and increasingly rare to find. I'll be back should the need arise, 10 out of 10 recommend
