Could not find any cashiers during Christmas. Had asked an associate named Bibi for help, she had a terrible attitude and demeanor with me. I feel like this location has gone down hill. I see the store manager sometimes, and she appears obese and, unhealthy- like she can barely walk or breath. It honestly isn't what it used to be. I wish Macys would aim a bit higher with its management. I did see managers on the floor when I was here during christmas- and they weren't checking anyone out. They kept rushing off and disappearing. It's honestly a pitty. This is retail, it's not rocket science.

Customer service is generally poor. For example, we were in the Coach purse area looking at the various styles and features. Of course all of the items were locked with cables. After nearly 10 minutes we left. Not a single employee even acknowledged our presence.We were in other departments later with the same result. Dillards was just the opposite with friendly helpful employees.

Macy's had 5 star service for many many years. Not any more. 12/14 Tried to buy luggage. No cashier in dept. Gentleman in jewelry next to luggage would not make transaction. He said to go to men's or to cashier on other side of wall. Men's cashier said she couldn't do it as she was on phone. Lady on other side of wall was perfume , she was extremely rude and said go to cashiers by door. 2 registers there but no cashiers. Waited bit and a young man came by. He tried to say he couldn't ring it up but conceded after I told him none of the others would help.Such a shame. I guess no one is exempt from lazy, apathetic staffing.

I have my favorite sales person I met in the notions dept then she ended up in the fine jewelry dept. where hubby and i ended up buying a beautiful anniversary ring. She guided us through the whole process but she had kept me updated when the big saving sale would start and I ended saving so much. So thank you Fay from the scottsdale, AZ store.

Love the face the stores now embrace Klarba, Affirm pay in store. Although I didn't need to use it, the fact it is no longer foreign is a significant change. This Macy's is 3 floors. Love how the mannequins only wear clothes in the section they are so no unnecessary walking to find that item is done.

Disappointing, was overall thought. Women's clothing was in transition and very disorganized. Overall product seemed more high end than practical. Left without a single purchase. Found better luck at their competition

Walked through to get to the mall and found a very cute gold necklace for my ma on clearance for crazy cheap and earrings for myself along the way. I was so happy w the small amount I spent on those items I took a quick detour to the clearance shoes and found adorable strappy sandles for under $20 in my size. I'll totally be going back when I've got more time to shop.

Right now there are additional savings due to students going back to school , & summer coming to an end. There is still a great selection of summer clothing. The employees let you shop in peace.

Macy's was having a storewide sale. I focused on fashion jewelry to go with a watch I previously bought. I was very pleased with the selection and prices. I bought several nice earrings, bracelets (including a slider), and a ring. Overall a great value for the dollars spent!

Macy's is always a good place to shop they have some quality stuff and their prices are really not bad at all. Always better to shop in the store than online because at least you could try things on.

Absolutely amazing over the top service by RENEE H. She's in the "At Your Service" Area....The line was terribly long, I was dreading the long long wait which I expected to follow.I witnessed her care, courtesy, and efficiency With others before I came up which was at light speed as far as I'm concerned concern. I am so glad in the way she handled my complex transaction with a can do attitude just the best associate and customer service I've received or seen ANYWHERE this holiday season!This department runs exceedingly well,she has a partner I think her name is Natalie she gets an honorable mention. Thanks again Renee. You go through problems like a hot knife through butter and you're so dog and nice I hope Macy's keeps and promotes you they are very lucky to have you and you are an incredible person by what I just and I will always shop at the Biltmore Fashion ark Macy's Macy's because of this

If possible I would offer 4.5 stars. It is not staff's fault that they are badly understaffed during the holiday season. The cosmetics area had a lot of customers, most of who were impatient. Staff did the best they could. The store is gorgeous and selections are in depth. As long as time permits, the cosmetics department at Macy's will have a better inventory to select from.
