I ordered items with a promised delivery date of 2.13.24 and they did not arrive. I used the app to chat with customer service and got the run around. Escalated to a supervisor who gave me $10 credit. Called the next day to speak with a supervisor and was regurgitated the same info over and over- they don't have control of usps and so sorry. Oh and now your deliver by date is 2.21.24- a week later than what the website said when I made the purchase. This is why Amazon is the only place to shop. Will not be shopping at Macys anymore. Dismissive customer service and inaccurate deliver by dates.

They have great deals on good items. However the rules on returns are sad. The employees are in Phillipines when dealing with returns.

I'm am a lifetime customer of Macy's. Got a great deal on a beautiful leather handbag for my birthday. Sale prices were awesome. I go to this Macy's and Biltmore multiple times per year but you can also order online and I do that too. Makeup beauty section is great and my daughter and I buy some of our favorites here. Often good sales on Lancome beauty. Both men's and women's clothes and shoes are good. Great place for gift and holiday shopping. They need to repair the elevators and escalators here!!!

A tall man working in finish line on 9.22 930p was in the middle of helping customers (me as well) then never came back out. He also didn’t lock the back up, because after 15 minute I walked in the back which cages were not locked up. And one of the neighboring employees asked Ashley the manager manager on duty for support several of times with no response. however, when I go to jewelry, she responded to them. Clearly she was just hoping we would go away and now that it is 45 minutes later with no support I am and so did about five or $600 from all the various customers you guys missed out on. If you have an employee who is getting great customer service and literally is asking several times for support. Why wouldn’t you At minimum respond back to her.This is my first and last time coming to this location. I’m writing this as customers have already walked away.

This Macy's store is such a disappointment in many ways. It is grossly understaffed, you can walk around any department and will have a hard time finding anyone to help. The departments are not neat, merchandise looks messy and the quality of their merchandise is so cheap looking. I went into the department on third floor looking for pillows and sheets and it was so sad to see how messy it was, and lack of any merchandising to make their goods look appealing. Again, no employee was to be found. I was in the field of fashion merchandising many years ago, and it is really hard for me to understand how a store such as Macy's can allow one of their stores, especially in such a wealthy area of Phoenix/Biltmore be in such a poor state.
