I’m so grateful for this store and the high quality service they offer. The prices are cheaper than other places I’ve been and the costumer service is exceptionally good. I drive 15 minutes to get there because I have tried all the other postal stores including UPS stores around me and this store’s services, treatment and prices are better than all of them! The owner and the staff are all friendly, dedicated and honest with their costumers. I highly recommend this Male & Parcel Store at 8390 E Via de Ventura in Scottsdale.

I read all the reviews so went here today to ship several large packages. Steven was working and he couldn't have been more helpful, kind and just the best service. The reviews are all true, this is a bit of hike from where I live, but I will go there to get the good service, knowing they'll do a great job packaging and shipping my items and make the entire interaction enjoyable. I will definitely make this my only stop when i have items to shop.

We used Mail & Parcel Express, 8390 E. via de Ventura, Ste F-110, Scottsdale, AZ 85258 for a little more than a year, and they are simply excellent. They took excellent care of our mail, and contacted us every time something unusual needed attention--even for a time after our contract expired. They were "on our side"! Alway friendly, always helpful, and always professional!

I had a misunderstanding with them about a pricing issue and they went above and beyond to make it right. I'm really impressed that they called me and tried to fix it. It means more to me that they clearly care about their customers, than anything else. I'm moving again next month and even though they are pretty far out of the way for me I'll be driving there to purchase from them. They gained a loyal customer.

Very nice to place to Mail your package. Same cost but no hassle like post office. I also like they show the price for different Mail carriers such as ups, fedex, post office and something else. I will definitely use this place again

Very ignorant staff this morning. It is unfortunate that they have not been trained properly. If I were the owner, I would remove them immediately from this job. Not only were they ignorant about something that is absolutely and simply procedural, but they were combative and rude. I took my business elsewhere.
