Over the top extra AMAZING customer service and good apps and seafood!! I really enjoyed the caviar and seafood tower. I wasn’t a fan of the ribeye, the charring overpowered the steak itself, and the sides were only okay. The wagyu steak was superb, highly recommend! ? Dine in: Yes

One of the most amazing experiences I’ve had at an upscale restaurant. At a majority of the upscale dining I’ve experienced the service has been poor however, maple and ash has had the most exceptional service I’ve ever experienced in the food industry. Not only was the customer service phenomenal but the food was absolutely outstanding. I will definitely be returning!

Got the Ricotta Agnolotti and the Rigatoni and it was all delicious. All the waiters were friendly and the presentation for everything was well done. For dessert we got the Sunday tower and it was a lot of fun!

This place is more than just a restaurant; it is an experience. We had an 8:15 reservation and handed up getting there at 7:45. They were able to seat us within 10 minutes. We were welcomed with a yummy complementary prickly pear martini. Our server, Michael, was incredible with his service as well as his menu knowledge and recommendations. We ordered the Caesar salad, wedge salad and yellowtail hamachi as appetizers. The yellowtail hamachi is an absolute MUST! FYI the caesar salad has charred romaine but is so delicious. For entrees we got the Branzino and the bone on filet mignon with the au gratin potatoes and Brussel sprouts. Everything was cooked absolutely perfect! We ended with an espresso martini and the date butter cake. We will be here again soon!

Impeccable service and absolutely stunning dining experience overall.All staff and Management do everything possible to provide an outstanding experience. The atmosphere is elegant and sophisticated but not stuffy and fussy. We began with the welcome pretty prickly pear yummy cocktail and to die for house kettle chips served with onion dip topped with caviar, scrumptious to say the least and both complimentary.We enjoyed the Chicago steak cooked to perfection, creamy Au grautin potatoes and a Ricotta pasta.Officially my go to when in Scottsdale, but excited for Miami 2025.Their gratuitous service doesn't stop after dining. They go the extra mile and send you a follow up email thanking you for dining with them inviting you to return and encourages you to provide feedback if there is something you want them to adjust upon your next visit.Bravo!

Dillion or if it’s spelt Dylan ( so sorry )But he was our server and he brought it all the table and left no crumbs(not literal crumbs, this is the youngsters saying now a days) !!!! He made our dining experience worth it coming from Colorado. I would literally fly back to sit in his section and only his section. He is the definition of phenomenal customer service!! He made my sisters bachelorette one of many to rememberThank you!

Great experience here. Very very pricey though! The salmon was great, it had a super crispy crust on top which was amazing. Just wish it came with more eggplant. The brussel sprouts were fantastic! Mac & cheese was really really good as well, even the next day warmed up! The decor was beautiful & service was excellent.

Food was incredible! Service was incredible! Zachary was our server and he was Awesome! I can’t explain in words how amazing this experience was. A little loud but I liked that, which I heard from other reviews so I was prepared. But I enjoyed it. Classy, but upbeat. We ordered a bunch of sides, along with the surf and turf meal. Filet was cooked to perfection. Barely needed a knife. The baked potato is big and shareable which I highly recommend trying. The cocktails were amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything had its own touch. There are certain things I look for when spending good money on a steak, for me, I found what I was looking for. I can’t say enough. Maple & AshThank you for an exceptional experience.

It would be difficult to overstate the level of service this restaurant brings to its game. It is next level impressive. Ours was a client meal, and I always worry that the service will fall flat. That is not a concern here. The execution is simply flawless. It did not surprise me that on the evening we ate there, 90% of the servers were women.The food, too, is impressive with some exceptional choices as well. The seafood tower may seem like a cliche, but it is worth it--generous portions with everything cooked and amazingly seasoned. You absolutely must ask about the off-menu offering that comes with this item.The Caesar salad is likewise filled with flavor and beautifully presented, two halves of soft cooked eggs on the side.This is a steakhouse and as you would expect the quality was high. My filet was buttery and perfectly cooked. The pescatarians were likewise not disappointed.And if you want to add a bit of spectacle to your meal, get the Bananas Foster.You should just eat here.

I'll start with the positives. The Ceasars Salad was the best I've ever had. The Cabernet wine was delicious. We each got the Steak Frites 12 ounce strip. It was very underwhelming! It looked so good but was so over cooked. It was cooked well done when ordered medium with not one spot of pink. My husband's and mine both. The sauce was ok, but honestly think super dry sirloin with broen gravy. We were hugely disappointed especially for the cost. We are huge steak eaters and this was a special birthday anniversary dinner. The Brussels were ok, but nothing notable. The mushrooms were not great as well. The fries and dipping sauces were delicious. All and all being huge food lovers this was very disappointing and we expected much better from a Michalen Star restaurant. Some of the other cuts of steak at the table were very well loved by extended family.
