We currently have our Air B&B property taken care of by Marken and have been so impressed with the maintenance and care of our home. Finding a great property management team can be daunting, especially when we reside out of the country. Marcel provides such a heightened level of service that I no longer worry that our property is neglected, or from a financial perspective, that we are not receiving value from our property management fees. Recent issues with the bathrooms and yard have been promptly taken care of. Even better, tenants have all had nothing but enthusiastic reviews of their stay. Safe to say I am very confident in my choice and HIGHLY recommend the guys at Marken!
