I have been a member of Massage Envy for over 10 years. I have never walked into a massage appointment to be told it was canceled. I had made the appointment weeks ago to find out they say they called me at 10am this morning. I had no missed call and no voicemail. I have had many cancellations before due to a therapist calling out last minute. I have had voicemails and emails and texts. This specific location didn’t text or email or call. They may have misdialed but the front desk girl couldn’t even admit a wrong number may have been dialed or tried calling again. Or emailing or text. I received an email saying my appointment was canceled AFTER I walked in. This as a location makes no sense. Emailing you your appointment is canceled when they supposedly canceled it in the morning while you are standing there for your appointment makes NO sense. I have a tight schedule and made my appointment in advance. I wasted time, gas and money as a client of mine asked for an appointment with me this afternoon but I said I had an appointment already for my massage. The front desk girl had the audacity to laugh as I walked out and couldn’t admit I wasn’t called. I offered to show her my phone. She kept saying I was called. As a Massage Envy client for over a decade to be treated like this was nothing but unprofessional and rude. Keep calling the client so they don’t waste their precious time. Totally inexcusable.

The store manager, Ben was truly amazing! His customer service is top-tier and he definitely went out of his way. When I had a question to make sure he could give me a solid answer. He took initiative and made everything easy step-by-step. Thank you, Ben.

Even death isn’t considered a qualifying condition to end a massage envy membership prematurely. If you’re going to commit to a contract, at least do it somewhere higher quality than the dollar store of spas. However, if you find non-stop upselling throughout your entire treatment relaxing, this is for sure the place for you!

Zero stars. I book my appointments multiple days in advance. Multiple times now, there’s some “scheduling mishap”. Unfortunately this is the closest massage envy to me, and somehow 3 separate times there’s something that comes up that I wake up to a text saying they can’t honor the time that I booked. This place is a joke and is the reason I’m cancelling my account. Whoever is in charge of this place should be embarrassed.

Unfortunate Customer Service ExperienceI am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the customer service I received. Having been a member for a year, with a lapse of 7 months, I sought to freeze my membership. However, I was informed that it was impossible to apply this to past months, despite my account showing 7 unused sessions.I made three separate requests to terminate my membership before finally receiving the necessary form. I also asked to transfer one of my remaining sessions to my son, with an additional $10 per their rules. This request was denied on the grounds that I had opted to cancel my membership.To add, even though I had requested to terminate my membership, they proceeded to charge me an additional $75, citing a 10-day processing period. I implore anyone considering their services to explore other options, as you may find superior service, more consideration, and more cost-effective alternatives elsewhere.When I questioned their rationale behind these practices, they insisted that all this was clarified upon my initial sign-up. However, the only information I recall being highlighted was a warning that membership rates would increase if I didn't join immediately.I hope that this feedback helps others make more informed decisions when choosing a service provider.

While visiting Scottsdale, I woke up with a sore neck. I was able to make a same day appointment. Sergio was amazing and gave me tips for stretching. The facility was clean, the staff was welcoming. Overall, great experience!

I love Massage Envy! It puts you at ease right away when you walk in, and the relaxation room where you wait is extremely enjoyable! Just the quiet, relaxing atmosphere gets you in the mindset to let everything else drop away and just breathe.I've had several massages from this location, but I absolutely LOVED my 2 hour massage with Keith!! I have chronic pain and he was able to relax all my sore spots! He's got magic hands! I left feeling like I was floating and was able to enjoy the rest of the day in less pain!!Thank you Keith, you're awesome!!!

Terrible experience I never received my free facial I never received my free massage. Completed training for a position I never worked or was compensated for was very frustrating and gaslighting. This other employee that I brought to the company has left as well Brought three extra employees as well. Worst experience of my life from coworkers to management it was not relaxing not an experience I would recommend for anybody. Nancy is a district manager she also receives treatments from Houma comes off as very understanding but in fact is not used the fact that she was brown to try and connect with me but allowed a lot of racist unsafe practices to happen even after I reported. It is a very unsafe place from Massage therapist smoking in the break room- too guns in the facility it hardly gives of relaxing vibrations here at all

I’ve had many massages, Victor is the first person to actually give me deep tissue relief after one session! Great technique and listening skills. Highly recommend Victor for anyone who has upper back and neck tension.

Haven't gotten a massage in way too long. Stopped in at the Scottsdale facility and after 90 minutes with Randi I feel great and thanks to her my vacation is going awesome! I was worried about long walks and the pain and stiffness I'd been experiencing. That is all better now.Thank you.

Wasn't quite as bad as it could have been, but it was pretty close. 90 minutes full body massage somehow skipped several areas (didn't touch my front torso, hands, face, hamstrings). Lots of long pauses, very disjointed feeling. Also cut massage short by 11 minutes and tried to charge me for full 90.

It was a wonderful experience! Desi gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I would definitely be a regular client if I lived here.
