Andrei was super efficient and informative. I wasn't sure about what I wanted but when I described my needs he knew exactly what would solve it. He also made some great suggestions about upgrading my bed next year. The delivery process was seamless and I will shop this store in the future.

We purchased a Stearns and Foster mattress about a year and a half ago. It was not a good product but Mattress Firm honored the warranty and gave us a full exchange for a new mattress. The approval process was a bit clunky online but worth the effort. Andrei from the north Scottsdale location was super helpful in getting us the exchange with no issues. He was courteous and helpful going the extra mile to make us feel good about buying at Mattress Firm even with the bad experience of having a return required.

Andrei at Matress Firm Carefree did a fine job explaining the differences between mattresses, and the attributes of each. We purchased exactly what we wanted, and I definitely recommend him and his location to find the mattress set that meets your needs.

I appreciated that Ken took plenty of time to make sure I found the mattress I would be most comfortable sleeping on. Both Ken and Andrei were pleasant to work with and made sure I got a good deal and that delivery met my schedule. (And my first two nights on my new bed, I’ve slept extremely well.)

Ken, how I love thee.Ken is probably one of the best salesmen I've had the pleasure of working with. I have used Mattress Firm in Carefree twice to buy mattresses and neither time have I bothered to enter their store. After looking at their products on-line, I picked up the phone and talked to Ken.Both times he helped me find the mattress and box springs I wanted from their "returns." He scoured their inventory from stores across the valley and then gave me the best price they could allow.(NOTE: Mattress Firm goes through a lengthy process to ensure any returns are completely sanitized before resale. Plus, you get to inspect the product before you accept purchase, so you get incredible value out of buying "open box" items. Good for the environment, too! NO WASTE.)Then on the same phone calls, he confirmed what I wanted, sent me a link for payment, and set up delivery.Deliveries were just as easy breezy as my phone calls with Ken. The men showed up exactly on time and were pros from beginning to end. I couldn't be happier with the products and service from Mattress Firm Carefree, and I refer them to everyone I know, every chance I get. THANKS, guys!

Andrei was very friendly, yet professional, and knowledgeable while providing valuable information about each mattress type.He even assisted me in completing an online checklist to find the perfect sleep mattress for me. No hard selling... just extensive product knowledge that he shared as appropriate.I did purchase the purple plush premiere set. It's an outstanding product. Again....no hard sell, no upselling. I felt no pressure to buy anything.Andrei is a valuable asset for Matress Firm. He deserves a raise and a promotion.Online directions to the store were accurate. Plus, I liked all the discounts that Andrei gave me.Just waiting for the delivery tomorrow. Hope all goes well. I'll update this review afterwards.

I wasn’t certain what I needed/wanted when I walked in. Andrei was wonderful! He patiently explained numerous mattresses. It was great working with him. I ended up buying two bed sets! Will definitely return. Thank you Andrei

Had a great time shopping for our new king mattress at the Carefree Mattress Firm! Ken B. is the absolute best salesperson; as knowledgeable as can be and one of the friendliest and funniest people ever! Our experience was nothing shy of great and I would strongly encourage anyone in the market for a new mattress to go see Ken!

Was a great experience sellsman was helpful my mom was able to try two beds out and pick the one she wanted. And have it delivered and old one taken away for less then 500.
