Shame on those who have written negative reviews about McCormick Ranch Postal. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 8 years and service here has been nothing less than oustanding.
As a frequent online shopper I do have returns from time to time and feel guilty as unlike ups stores or post offices they never charge you to download a shipping label and always check first to see if they have a recycled box that they'll gladly give you for free as well package your items up for you at no charge. When I need the occasional stamp or need tp purchase a usps priority box I will gladly pay the extra premium over what a post office might charge for not having to wait in line to only deal with a rude snobby federal employee who will make you buy a overpriced $5 roll of tape in order to seal your package when M Ranch Postal will gladly do at no charge. After all this a business otherwise there would be a steeple on the roof and yes they do deserve to earn a living by providing a valuable service service plus the added convenience. I only wish others would acknowledge their efforts and shame on me for not writing this review sooner !

I drop off packages here all the time. It is very convenient since they collect all couriers. I also have had keys made here. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

Just dropped off two packages to be shipped to my daughter in college. What a nice place. The manager was so helpful and friendly. And the pricing for pack & ship was so reasonable. I will definitely ship here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I shipped a gift from Texas with $4000 of products and insurance. I explained one of the products was a MacBook. This store did not pack the box properly and it was received opened and damaged. I heard the gentleman tell the other worker to add more peanuts to the box but they were packing it on the floor where I could not see. The box arrived damaged and no peanuts whatsoever!!!! These were gift wrapped for the person to be surprised for Christmas and due to the way it was damaged, the Christmas surprise was ruined. Please do not use this location or UPS for your postal needs.

The shipping of the package was substandard, when it was received on the other end the package was ripped and the contents were exposed. It was a Christmas , and now the person will not be surprised on Christmas morning.

Recently for Christmas I was in a bit of a bind having to get Christmas gifts over to Texas. I had a MacBook and thousands of dollars worth of Louis Vuitton bags and Wallets that were destroyed. Paul who is the owner is one of the most disingenuous and and d*** people you will ever come across. Even with $4000 of insurance on this package I'm sure I will still lose money. These guys took absolutely zero care when packaging these items. They were well aware of what was going into the box. Please look at the pictures below to show just how little they truly gave a s**** I Highly encourage you to go elsewhere. I'm going to make sure as many people as I humanly can don't do business with this punk.

In an effort to get a surprise Christmas package to Texas are used this mail center. Despite me hearing the worker being instructed to add more peanuts to the box the box was received opened, damaged, and without any peanuts. The carrier was UPS. The store is trying to get me a refund however the Christmas surprise has been ruined. To pay a hefty mailing fee and receive package in this shape is totally unacceptable.

The young man who assisted me was more than helpful!!! I had purchased a set of plates while in Arizona and had no idea how to get them back home. I heard about McCormick Ranch Postal from a friend at the condominiums and I am so thankful she suggested this place. So pleased with the service!!!
