MacDonald’s doesn’t care how bad their management is. The company is all the way downhill. Try reading reviews of your various MacDonald’s locations and learn from them. Start with the badly run location at 2540 W Chandler Boulevard in Chandler, Az. Everything from employees not washing their hands to them also goofing off while lines of cars are waiting. You ought to be embarrassed.

Food was warm — but no napkins nor Coffee stirs are given — I m assuming,unless you ask for them — we didn’t get either — I didn’t realize it till we were out of line — had to pull in front and walk inside for some—- we didn’t wait to long for our good — clean facility outside., and inside.—

I'm a frequent customer at the McDonald's on 29th avenue and Thunderbird because I work in the area. I will no longer be going there anymore. Yesterday I ordered a large caramel frappe. And when I got to the point where I was waiting for my order a very unenthused employee who you could tell did not like where he worked. Very rudely looked at me and said all we have is chocolate. When I let him know that I have an allergy to chocolate and I just want my money back. He tried to get me to replace it with other chocolate things. I ended up with a large caramel iced coffee only because my lunch break was almost over and for some reason they didn't want to give me a refund even though I asked for one and was entitled to one. but I ended up getting ripped off because the caramel frappe cost more than the large caramel iced coffee. Do better. McDonald's

Please let corporate know that the quality of food and also the quality of employees serving the food has taken a major downturn, while the prices have skyrocketed. I’m not paying 300 percent more for what I used to pay only to get a lesser quality product and service. I used to be a huge fan of McDonald’s, however every trip nowadays leaves me feeling robbed…

I go to McDonalds at least three times a day for ice tea and after the grandkids didn't eat any dinner at our party they all wanted McDonald's on the way home so I go in and get their food get out to the car it's all wrong I go back in three employees hanging around the ice cream machine laughing because it's not working anyway nobody would come to the front I said is anybody working over here finally someone came and then they're fiddling with the food sticking their hands in the ice cream laughing splashing it on each other being crazy

35th Ave & Southern has a chaotic kitchen, as I was waiting in line at least five people entered the restaurant asking for their food after waiting an extended period outside in the drive thru waiting area, there were also at least 3 customers who received the wrong orders. With 8 people working in the kitchen the service should have been much better.

My family and I stopped here for lunch and the place was "dead" meaning NOT busy at all. There was only one other customer here who was already eating when we walked in. I'm one of them people that doesn't like using kiosks or even the self check-outs at the grocery stores for that matter, but being that absolutely nobody came to the front to take our order (they just looked at us and ignored us, we had to use the kiosk. This was our first visit ever to this McDonald's here on River and La Cholla in Tucson Arizona, it is also our last visit to this location. When the manager brought us our food, they were trying to give us hard and cold fries. So, right to his face I said "These fries are old!" He looks at me in a matter-of-factly face & asks, "Would you like some fresh fries, ma'am?" I told him, "Well, yeah, duh!!" Why is that even a question?? Then we noticed my son was missing his burger, and even after showing the manager my receipt he tried arguing with me saying they gave us his burger when they DIDN'T!I was almost tempted to grab that little manager boy by the ear (yes, I'm old school like that) back to our table and show him "Look!" My son doesn't have his burger. But he stopped arguing with me and said they'll bring it out to us, which they did. As I mentioned, nobody was here when we got here. Yet, our order took about 30 minutes to get to our table. We should have stuck to our regular location at 22nd and Country Club where there's never been any issues with the service nor our food, but I didn't feel like driving to the other side of town...Big mistake.River and La Cholla has the worst customer service!! Even the management is TERRIBLE!!Store #340579/4/20222:31 p.m.P.S. Somebody needs to teach that little manager boy to not argue with his elders!)
