Burgers are a mess half the time and orders have been wrong several times . Been Shorted fries, shorted nuggets, etc. food errors about 5 times in 6 mths. One employee even said “this isnt mcdonalds its a franchise” arguing with me over the mcds app. wow really....

Piece of shit kid refused to take our order because he has "The right to refuse service." The rude manager finally opened the window after waiting in the line for 10 minutes and rudely took our order. Stop hiring filthy kids with no future. I don't expect much from McDonald's but I expect to be able to order and receive the product they sell.

If I could give negative stars I would. The manager was very rude. We ordered 12 mcdoubles. Upon driving off and checking the bag we only had 8. Wtf. Depriving me and my family of our nutrients. This isn't clown business. It's fine. I gave up my food so my kids could eat. She CLAIMED she packed all the sandwiches. Boy was she wrong. Not only did she forget them. No receipt even after I asked the caramel skinned girl at the window for one. Attitudes galore. This is NOT a classy McDonald's befitting a place like Scottsdale. I hope if there is hell, this manager is sent there and forced to packed bags correctly until her hands bleed.

Was great Unsweet tea for me and my sister got a sweet tea with a ice cream cone. Kind of quick because some black truck was taking so long, buuuutt their was a handsome guy in his sliver car that look and smiled at me.lol. I thought he was going to cut me off as we both entered our orders then moved forward in the drive through. Nope! He put his hand up allowing me to go first. ?✨ Made me feel good. Thanks Handsome for that smile. ?

The law is very clear. People with certain respiratory disabilities are not required to wear masks, but the manager here says he doesn't care what the law is he's making up his own law and anybody with a qualifying respiratory condition still has to wear a mask. Who is the general manager who improperly trained these people? I have video of the entire encounter and am contacting corporate. You have no right to discriminate against the disabled in violation of the law.

They asked me to go to delivery space 1 for my fish sandwich and quarter pounder. After waiting for 12 minutes I went in to ask what happened. Aguy who looked to be a supervisor asked me what I wanted him to do about it. I told him I wanted my sandwiches. If I order four sides of ranch in the drive through ITS BECAUSE I WILL PAY FOR IT!! Y'all wack as hell giving me one ranch for a whole two entire meal. You guys suck this whole location is trash and can't even get orders right. I was trying to pay for my ranch and you gave me one ranch. YALl ARE TRASH FOR GIVING ME ONE RANCH AFTER I ASKED FOR 4 RANCHES. You guys are straight up dumb as hell and can't get orders right. Customer service skills sucks. Through and through one of the worst fast food experiences I've ever head in my life, from the employee's attitudes, work ethic and functionality of this establishment as a whole. I waited 20 mins, yes an actual 20 mins no exaggeration just to make it to the microphone to order my food, not only did they not have the item I wanted which granite isn't the employee's themselves fault. I then went on to order a large fry and 10 piece chicken nugget. Once I got the window and asked why I had been waiting so long they told me "because it's busy", the employee laughed as pulled away. Never in my life have I wanted so long to get anything for a fast food joint, and after all that they still got my two item order incorrect. My father owns multiple fast food franchises and if I were whomever owns this McDonald's I would be embarrassed and ashamed.

I have been to this Mcdonalds dozens of times since it has opened as I live near by and shop in the stores behind it frequently. My last 3 visits to this location have gotten worse each visit. The last two i ended up with cold food. Today I tried to place a order for 2 fil-a-fish meals with a medium fry and one with a medium coke and one with a medium diet coke. I had to repeat the order 5 times as the girl taking the order kept repeating it back wrong. She then said the order wrong on the last attempt and told us it was $15.61 drive forward. We drove to the first window and paid and asked for a receipt we then drove to the second window and picked up our order. As we figured we received large drinks and paid for them no less. The owners and management should be ashamed of how bad things have gotten at this location. This will be my last time visiting this McDonald's location and would not refer it to anyone.

Bad management, consistent poor poor service and attitude over years. Other places all around this area have great service. It is astonishing the difference from other quality trained employees at other drive throughs week after week while McDonalds Drive through is always slow and rude. Wrong orders and then not wanting to fix items right at drive through. Why have a restaurant if u don't like the clients. Can we replace it? Not all McDonald's are bad at all, bad franchise!!

Great service. I wish i knew the cashiers name but he had little colored hair but he was extremely friendly and took care of order great. I manage a Nekter juice bar and that's the exact type of service I want from my employees. Thank you.

Horrible experience and such rude and inappropriate behavior from management. The order was incorrect three times and had to pay twice. When I saw the staff member handle our food then wipe his nose then adjust his mask I asked for a refund as I didn't want the order after I saw that. They manager reported to me that "it is against policy for refunds", then finally gave us a refund while throwing a pen at us and dropping our change and was extremely inappropriate and threatening. I called the corporate office to see who has this franchise. For COVID-19 they were not following safety precautions at all. One of the assistants had a mask on that didn't cover his face at all and wearing it below his nose with red facial hair protruding from it. Horrific - awful experience and definitely not worth the risk of getting sick. I certainly think it would be a good idea to report to licensing. Never ever would I go again. Go down the street to the other McDs. Apparently there's no standards at this location and don't care how they treat customers or are flippant on following safety measures with contamination.

I understand lobby closures with covid but i drove 4 coworkers there for lunch . We asked at the drive thru for seperate orders . The lady told me they are only allowed 1 order per car. So I backed out of the drive thru and left I'm not going to pay for myself and 4 coworkers or have to go collect money from everyone. McDonalds managment is not prepared for this situation and not handling it properly unless you are a single individual automobile or willing to pay for the whole party it's not worth it. Burger king is close by as well as yogi grill or raising canes which turned out to be a better option. This unwillingness to accommodate during a pandemic is ridiculous and unorganized. I had no problem accommodating by going through a drive thru or wearing a mask but come on mcd's help us out a little . Hoping your managment staff is capable of catching up with the times of a new world . Most likely we will not return until lobbies have reopened whenever that is. My coworkers and I know times are tough and try to support surrounding businesses but this will not be one till they get it together .

The worst customer service I've ever had they do not pay attention to detail Staff is beyond unprofessional... clearly there's a problem with management... i've been sitting in drive-through for over 15 minutes now waiting on my order The drive-through attendant was the rudest person, most definitely unqualified when it came to customer service I understand times are tough right now but you don't have to treat people inappropriately. Especially when you're sitting in the McDonald's drive-through with five people tops and he waited over 30 minutes for your food it's completely ridiculous for a quick service restaurant!!!!

Came here and they messed up my order three different times. First they put ketchup and mustard on my Hot N spicy. Then they put tons of mayo as if to be rude on purpose. There was no lettuce. They were on sesame buns and when I asked for a regular bun she said they were out. I wish she would have told me that before I ordered, my boyfriend Is allergic to sesame seeds so he couldn't even eat it. This whole time the lady helping us was super rude. I could have spent my dollar anywhere but I chose to spend it here. It sucks I had such a bad experience UPDATE: A representative from McDonalds personally reached out to me, took the time to send me a letter & a coupon before a free extra value meal. McDonald's is a great company. I come here almost every day and get a McFlurry & a large sweet tea. I've never had a bad experience with those two items. I'll continue to come here & to talk it up to my friends. I really appreciate the time McDonald's took to make the bad experience I had a good experience.

If I could put -10 stars within a heartbeat I would put them, this is the worst and I am in the restaurant business believe me it has to be a lot bad so I can see the worst but this place is the worst McDonald's that I've ever ever seen in my life. Number one few days ago I went and bought some food and I went back to return it because it was not what I asked for and the manager comes out the window and he says "I'm sorry sir but we cannot give you a refund" , no where in the world no one can tell you that will not give you your money back. So it was take the food that you don't eat and we're not gonna get your money back, leaving I met the other manager the guy was nicer he offered a free meal next time and I change my mind I didn't want to write a bad review, tonight it's 10:50 PM the restaurant closes at 11 PM I go nobody answers they're all hiding in the corners and accidentally saw one of the girls and I asked her what time do they close she said 11 o'clock when I told her it's 1050 she said I'm sorry but we are not open, we are not working and she close the window in my face. I've never seen more arrogant stuff in my life, do they have manager the trains them to be arrogant to the customers or the owner of this place is just laundering money and he doesn't care what is going on but this is really weird place.

Shame on you McDonald's. Im a gas hauler delivering fuel to Safeway next door. This McDonald's restauraunt is the first one that wouldnt let me in to order as my gas truck does not fit in their drive thru. I bet your food delivery driver is allowed in the restaurant.

Good customer service. I ordered the bundle for dinner. I was asked to pull to the front and wait on my order. That is understandable. The Manager brings me my food, which I thought was a nice gesture. Everything went great. When I got home I noticed 2 orders of brown, old, soggy French fries. In theory, if I am waiting, I'm assuming all the food is going to be hot and fresh. Unacceptable.

We order a Plain Quarter Pounder Meal + extra drink and $1 extra fries with the mobile app coupon. Hand to manager and she scan took my payment. We moved to pick up window got everything when we look 1 large french fries missed. Check receipt, it was individual item also missing $1 french fries. Drove back drive thru there wasn't any queue check and ask again the manager not there and staff keep saying coupon not working and we make up different meal ask us to drive to pick up counter get our french fries. We went there the lady at window say she will bring out car in front. We parked waited 10 min and saw manager and another staff went out smoking in front but no french fries. Then we have to leave as need to pick up food from another Restaurant. Why didn't manager tell me coupon not working and charge me full price without the meal price & why no french fries send to us even there is no customer in drive thru after 10 min. Worst experience ever in this McDonalds. Last time when we dine in also missing item and very dirty interior everything sticky and with stains. No wipes available and staff unwilling to help I have to use my own wipe to wipe clean for my kid to sit.

The short female manager said I couldn't get ranch,ketchup,etc because I didn't order it in the first window so I couldn't none where I picked up my food and to top it off she was on her personal phone while she was handing me my food then she said I couldn't go back because I was being disrespectful when she was on her phone the whole TIME DUMB BITCH yeah I said it she needs to learn how to have more respect, I swear this McDonald's was way better before she came here I'm a construction worker and she said I can't go back wow, I'm not always putting reviews but this lady was being DISRESPECTFUL!!!!

Most disappointing visit to McDonald's ever! In light of the coronavirus, I decided to take my daughter and a few neighborhood kids for a bike ride to get an ice cream. We arrived on our bicycles but they refused to give us ice cream. We were not allowed in the drive-thru. I asked if I could walk through and she still refused to serve me even though the inside was closed to the public. We used to do this all the time.

Made an order for 'here' at a self service kiosk with a tent that says sit down relax, we will bring it to you (table service). Staff yelled out number on receipt multiple times so that I'd pick up the food at the counter, which is not 'table service.' Why have self service kiosks with tents then? Also, random friend of employees hanging around counter area. Not professional. Will not be back.
