I remember a time when you would go into a Michael’s and qualified people who had some experience with crafts would help you find what you were looking for. Well, we drove 45 minutes to this Michaels only to be greeted by one abnoxious teenager. Both restrooms were blocked off and only one was being cleaned. I asked if I could use the open restroom and was told no. So then we asked for help looking for a frame and received no help. Finally we found what we were looking for and brought it to the checkout. The computer would not allow us to buy the product unless we joined a club, or provided a phone number. We declined. As we walked out the lone teen employee said to us ina sarcastic voice: “Have a nice day.”
We will never return to Michael’s. I sincerely hope they go out of business.

My wife does Instacart/door dash she went in to pick up a curbside order and parked in the curbside spot. She the order was not ready so she used the restroom. They placed a sticker on the driver side window saying pickups only. Ok I understand that she took a little longer using the restroom and a paper under the wiper would of been effective. But no they had to stick a sticker on the windshield that did not come off completely and cleanly and it impaired her vision driving plus time to get it off and money. Very disappointing by a company that both of us like to shop at. How about I come and sticker your windows for poor customer service or when a item is defective that you sold or restrooms or store was messy. Look to giving our business to hobby lobby or joanns because when we have shopped at Michael's we do spend a lot of money. Thanks for the hassle.
