I made an appointment to have a repair done. Showed up, they told me they "didn't know if I'd be at my appointment" so they didn't order the part. I drove 1.5 hrs for the appointment. Managed to "find" the part within 30 minutes. Got the repair done, quoted me a ton of extra non necessary repairs, including a bad battery which was fine when I got there but wouldn't start when I left. I dunno. Not the great experience I expected after reading reviews, and that's the perspective of someone who comes from a long line of mechanics.

After having troubles since moving to Arizona with finding a good shop to service my Mini, I'm glad I found this place.This is the only place to go to take your Mini for service. The owner does a fantastic job keeping you updated with your car, even offering pictures of the old parts that will be replaced to show if they are damaged. He consistently updates you if anything else needs to be fixed, and best of all his prices beats all other competitors. I will be taking both of my Mini's to him from now on.

This is the place to go for your car repair needs!!! I’ve done my homework and checked all over the place and I am TOTALLY satisfied with this place!!!! These guys really do care and gave me the best price over everyone else!!!

I would definitely recommend this garage for mini owners. They got me in the same day to replace a thermostat housing for less than half the cost another local garage quoted me. Customer service was outstanding, down to earth and no bs.

Completely satisfied with this auto repair shop. Repair cost on my '06 CRV was reasonable and I was shown the damaged part that was taken off my vehicle. I received very good customer service. I was phoned as soon as the estimate was completed by Ben, and told what the problem was with my car. He was able to locate the part and had the repair done the same day. I've lived in Scottsdale for 25 years, and this is my new shop of choice. Thanks Ben

Charlie is the man. He got me new struts and mounts and helped me deal with the pain-in-the-butt extended warranty that I purchased when I bought the car. 5 star customer service. Very communicative and helpful through the process. We are new in the area and I'm glad I've found a reliable, fair, and helpful mechanic.

I recently brought my Volvo S60 to the shop with a check engine light, a strut problem, non-functioning door locks and a bad trunk latch. Their Volvo specialist, Jim, did an expert job of diagnosing the strut damage as well as multiple electrical and fuel problems. He was meticulous, found the root problems, and later, when a new item surfaced, he came to my house to make sure it was corrected. Their pricing is very fair and I would highly recommend them for any Volvo repairs.

extremely poor customer service. Extremely rude. Had a groupon that I had to cancel because I refuse to take my car to people who treat customers like they do. Bringing your car to someone you don't know is risky business anyways. Definitely would not take my car to this place at all.

This is my new go to mechanic! I've gone to several other mechanics and Charlie seemed honest and reasonable. I had an appointment with someone close by, where i had stopped by the day prior. When I called to confirm my appointment the next day the man on the phone sounded phony and condescending. Something told me not to go there but I needed something fixed. When I went to my appointment, instinct told me not to so I decided to go next door instead and check it out. Boy am I happy I did. I definitely recommend. I had to wait, because he actually fit me in between appointments...
