DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING TO THIS LOCATIONI waited quite a while in the minute clinic lobby until someone finally came out. The "nurse" proceeded to ignore me until I spoke up and asked for help. She looked annoyed and bothered that I was speaking to her, and she viewed a screen behind her before she rolled her eyes and asked me if I had an appointment. I informed her that I did not make an appointment, and she said she couldn't help me. I proceeded to let her know that I had just called and was told that walk-ins were welcome and then I gestured to a sign behind her that also said they allowed walk ins (mind you, the store was absolutely dead). She then shrugged her shoulders at me and said she was on her lunch break and couldn't help. I then asked if anyone else was available, and she flat out said no. She then again rolled her eyes and shrugged her shoulders at me, and rudley told me to go find an urgent care somewhere else. I then gave the name and asked for person who had answered their phone and she magically found a coworker in another room and proceeded to ask them if they recognized the name and asked the other coworker to come out and explain to me that they were on break and that I am at the wrong location (which I was not). She continued to be rude to me, and I asked her name (to which later I found out she gave me a fake name). When she saw me speaking with an employee at the store, the "nurse" decided to insert herself and interrupted our conversation and began to try and explain the situation that had just occurred, placing blame on me. She left the store for her break, and the store manager was called, and he handled everything very professionally.

1:30 in the afternoon and the place was deserted. No closed sign up or anything and the kiosk won't let you make an appointment or add yourself as a walk in.

Worked for CVS for near 4 years. Had my issues but my treatment by the NP Vera today 12/04/2022 was unacceptable. Not only was it unethical and rude she had the nerve to raise her voice to me. She had no care for my being ill, for the fact that the only location in my insurance network outside of my primary care was Minute Clinic, and didn’t care that an Er visit would cost hundreds of dollars. There was another patient waiting who was rather shocked by their treatment and I thank her for giving them a piece of her mind. Some people are still kind. I went to another CVS at 7111 East Bell was told no walk ins, but the same lack of concern and care was present (at least that NP didn’t yell at me). On a final point I overheard the NP seemingly annoyed that a scheduled patient didn’t show up, so why I couldn’t have gotten that appointment is beyond me. Of course I doubt there will be honesty in her report regarding that. I took the time to file a formal Ethics complaint with the company.

Online they said they accepted my insurance I make an appointment go in person and the nurse lady was really nice and went to speak to the doctor about it and said they didn’t take it and I just needed a vaccine so I offered to pay out of pocket and she said no, when I asked why she said it was just the doctors preference.

Terrible service, to try to schedule an appointment is almost impossible, their web page is always in maintenance or not working, I tried to go directly as a walk in and they try to send me to a urgent care facility. I will never try to go to this place again.

I would never understand why everyone who post negative reviews about this location are complaining , must feel privileged or must be a Karen ?. I've been seen at this location 3 times and each time I was treated well and seen when I was scheduled to be seen. Give the workers a break...they too have a busy schedule. NP Shelby Seymour Thank you so much for your help it is much appreciated.

Been trying to call this location for 3 days to see if they accept my insurance. Every single time, I'm on hold anywhere from 5 to 30 minutes, then it automatically disconnects. Then I see the reviews, no wonder. . . next.

I had an appt. scheduled for 4:50. I received an email at 4:05 that my appointment was cancelled. It did not even provide a reason. I am trying to reschedule and there is absolutely no availability. Really unhappy with this experience.

We've visited the clinic 4 times in the past 5 yrs for small medical needs. The experience has always been very good. The staff are thorough, friendly, pleasant and too care of our needs. I'd say, ignore the grouchy reviews because neg heads are everywhere.

Horrible experience...checked in and expected to be seen right away. Gentleman checks and asked us about the 3 hour wait! Rechecked the board and suddenly there were appointments scheduled throughout the afternoon. We had no idea the wait was that long nor did we know you might have to schedule on-line (if possible). About 15 minutes went by before a person came in. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I had a follow up scheduled appointment, the appointment was running late and then my name was completely deleted from the line and they wanted me to reschedule. DO NOT GO HERE.
