“Of the stores in our neighborhood, we enjoy yours the most.#16. Your prices at checkout are very accurate, especially the discounted items. The self checkout machines are a bit "fussy", (eg,they don’t accept older $100 bills) but that is OK, because your courtesy clerks are so nice and friendly adjusting things that go wrong. Thanks for empowering your workers to be themselves. They make decisions in a very pleasant way to keep the customers happy. Most of the associates, Amanda, the endorphin runner guy, the nice gal produce manager, and Bob make us feel valued as customers. The store is very well maintained with an ez layout. The pizza is great, as are the associates who make them. We also really like Paczkis season! Thanks for making us feel welcome and appreciated.”

“This is a great store. The traffic isn't constant in this store. I've been the only customer in the store and within 5 minutes, there are 8 people in line to cash out. The staff has always been competent and courteous.”
“Pharmacist Caitlin Osborn is the best I have seen in a CVS pharmacy or entire store. We had a problem where we were charged for our vaccines and had to pay out of pocket when they were covered by insurance. Caitlin figured out the problem a corrected it for us within minutes. She is an asset to the company's. Give her a pay raise.”
“Jenn, one of the Pharmacists at this location has been amazing. I had an issue with a specific brand name that I needed and long story short she saved the day for me. I had to reach out to a different Walgreens location who had what I needed in stock (40th street and bell) but they were so rude and incompetent that I ended up calling corporate and not even going back to pick up my order. Not only did Jenn empathetically listen to me vent (not necessarily part of her job description) but she handled the situation promptly while giving me direct answers through the process. The Greyhawk location is a busy location and she juggles a lot so the fact that she set aside time for me mattered. Jenn is efficient, kind, patient and an asset to her corporation. I trust her and appreciate her ongoing assistance and care. Thank you Jenn and team!”
“I went in today for a few items. I ended up asking the front desk and two employees on the floor for help. Every single person I talked to was more than happy to help and went out of their way. I'm not one to leave reviews but today was one of the best experiences I've had in a drug store. I had to go to the pharmacy and the lady informed me I needed a prior authorization, she also made sure to give me all the info I needed. I hoping this review helps get them get their well deserved recognition. This was today and every single employee in that store I talked to was wonderful. I'm in healthcare HR so I do not say this lightly.”

“Good produce selection, has a Starbucks, bakery is decent, delinis fair, salad bar is rather good. Beer and liquor good too. Checkout a little slow sometimes. But love the wide aisles, so much better than my local Safeway, which has gone to narrow aisles.”
