“The people here are the most friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable bank staff I have ever met. It is literally the customer service you would expect from a 5-Star Hotel. They greet you when you come in, have water available in the lobby, bring you back to their desks, are fast, and are efficient. We drive about 15 minutes to this location, because they are the best around. We have our bank account, home loan, and daughter's account there. Way to go Wells Fargo!!”
“I came in at 4:30 in a pinch when my moving company rejected my cashier's check. Michelle was able direct me in the best possible outcome for me to correct the issue quickly and safely. Roland helped approve the changes and get me back on the road and back to my move ASAP. Super helpful, caring, and quick team!”

“The atm is difficult to find, but not impossible. It's located in the middle of the complex near the administration building. It's outside, which is good, you don't have to go inside the building.”

“I used their ATM for my typical service and withdrawal. The machine gave me a message that it could not do that particular service. I decided to go inside for my needs. I mentioned the issue to the teller and he did inform me that the bank has requested that the ATM be serviced. Good to know. I finished my business and thanked the teller. Parking lot available.”
“The manager, Michelle, is amazing!! Some loser had ripped off the rubber nozzles to the air machines, and after I notified her of the vandalism, she offered to let me use her portable machine that she just so happened to bring to work with her that day! She was extremely helpful and nice when she didn't need to be (since the air machines are managed by a third-party company, not Superpumper), I'm very grateful that she was there! :)”
“This location is very quaint and laudback, it's never too busy and everyone there is so helpful. Really appreciate the quick response and knowledgeable staff.”

“I'm so glad that this is in this location. Although, the drive thru ATM is a tight fit getting in and out of it's still conveniently located. There is free parking outside of the front door. One of my favorite locating to go as I've never had a problem with their ATM being stocked or working... THANKFULLY!!!”

“I've banked at this branch for about 7 years now. I've always had friendly, professional and efficient customer service and no issues. Even when I've gone in with what I consider somewhat tricky enquiries. They are also very responsive on the phone.”

“I had a trust transaction that needed to be handled today. It is a bit complex and a bit different as I move money around. Today I had Evelyn as my teller and I want to share that she did a fantastic job, kept a cool head, and efficiently moved through the multiple steps in multiple systems. Great job Evelyn!”

“This Wells Fargo is awesome and also located in Troon! This bank is always clean and the workers are always so friendly. It usually never gets too crowded so it is nice coming to and not having to wait in line. It's located in a beautiful area so what's not to love?”
