Sad to say but this CVS is not a friendly place. Scheduled a Covid-19 booster on the app and changed the appointment time. For an unknown reason it changed the location. Showed up and was told by the pharmacy tech that I had the wrong location. No problem, my mistake. Never offered to make a change so I could get the booster right there. Unbelievably rude but not surprised given it's Scottsdale. Went to the Cactus and Tatum location and was greeted by friendly normal people. Please get rid of these terribly unpleasant employees and substitute with kind people...

I'm extremely disappointed in how the COVID tests are managed, or lack thereof. I had an appointment for testing today and 3 hours before, I received a text saying it was canceled. Unfortunately, this isn't the first negative interaction I've had with this location. The other times myself or family members (shockingly, this happened to others in a separate transaction) have had interactions with Olivia to attempt to test, she texts you pushing to jostle appointments around and ends up canceling your appointment! Not fun when we all needed documentation of a negative test before travel. This location is not reliable for testing needs and leaves you scrambling for other options, which is tough right now.

Worst Pharmacy in the Valley! Always a hassle, nothing is ever in stock. If you call the automated answer is the longest intro ever, then you are on hold for hours! They never answer the phone. Customer service is nonexistent, staff are extremely rude. They speak over you and don't listen to anything you are saying. I have used CVS for over 10 years this branch is making me want to leave. I recently had a TeleVisit with a Dr. The script for a 10 day supply of antibiotics for a sinus infection was sent at 6:12 a.m the script was not ready until 1:00 p.m. This is completely unacceptable. Their prices are also way higher than Walgreens. I wish I could leave the Bell Rd CVS negative stars!!!

On hold for hours. No one answers the phone and when they do, very inefficient. Still waiting for them to transfer a prescription over from weeks ago.

Please bring Erica back! We have been going to this CVS for 5 years. My doctor called in a new prescription since I have a kidney infection. He called it into the pharmacy in the morning. Went there around 8:00pm. They couldn't find it - was told by the pharmacist that it was misplaced. I pulled up the application on my phone and noticed it was put on hold; so I told them. The pharmacist filled it 'again' - charged me for it. Came home and looked at it - wrong prescription. Really guys? Time to go to another pharmacy.

I've been filling my prescriptions at this particular CVS location for the past five years. It's always been a very pleasant experience getting through on the phone with no problem, pick up my prescriptions no problem even asked to have them call the doctor regarding refills again no problem. Until recently! I noticed I'm coming to the end of the amount of pills they have for a specific prescription and so I called the pharmacy line for four days straight on hold saying someone will be with me shortly ...four times I waited approximately 20 minutes without anybody picking up the phone! Being that I only live a few miles from the location I decided I would drive over. Upon arriving there were no other customers in the store and about eight employees. I walk back to the pharmacy where I am the only person online and three employees behind the pharmacy counter. All around the store there are signs please wear your mask regardless of your vaccination status however The pharmacist was not wearing one the other two employees had their mask down around their chin's. Truthfully this is not even the reason why I am providing such a bad review but it was worthy of noting. I have my prescriptions on an auto renewal which month after month is never correct sometimes they are sometimes they're not, always frustrating. When I advise the staff in regards to my phone calls I'm told that there are a lot of customers that need assistance and they can't stop helping somebody to answer the phone. Again there were no other customers in the store and three employees behind the pharmacy. I felt like I was being scolded in regards to me advising them about their phone system I repeatedly said that I was truly just advising them in regards to a problem they may not be aware of. The pharmacist then advised me that they cannot walk away from one customer to help another. I then purchased the prescription that I do have ready and for the fourth time inquire about the prescription I need to be filled and I'm asked to walk away from that desk over to the drop off counter so they could assist the next guest picking up a prescription in line behind me. That seems like exactly what the pharmacist told me they do not do. After waiting a few moments finally the third employee comes by asked me about what I need filled I tell her and I'm told I can come back and pick it up this afternoon. The overall interaction made me feel like I was not important to them and I was scolded like a child who couldn't understand customer service yet I've been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years I am very aware what a good customer services. I had to write this review as I felt like they truly miss the mark one more time at this specific location. I do hope that this review is looked at and that some training will be done With your employees in the pharmacy department regarding true customer service.

Would give zero stars if I could. I've been waiting on the phone for about an hour and thirty and still no one. Also the automated system you hear in the beginning of every call has literally given me a stroke. CVS pick up your F****** PHONE

Was originally told it would be 30 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes later this is what I was given! This is such a shame as I always used cvs in California, but this was such a disappointment. Had 4 other customers before and after me complain about the time and care as well.

Let's start this review off with saying explicitness is being held in by the warmth and joy of Christmas. I walk in to get something and I get the wrong item. Noticing I did so, within 5 minutes I went to exchange and pay the difference. Apparently not. Customer service is a myth here. They denied our request.

I was on a mission...to pick up a prescription for a friend. I called CVS near Scottsdale and Shea, and then CVS AT Scottsdale and Shea (two only a block apart). There is a very annoying answering system that kept me on hold for each of them for more than 15 minutes with very annoying music playing too loudly. Both told me that the Rx was "in process" but both of them did not have the medication! Then, another call to the CVS at Bell and Scottsdale Road. Another long wait. Finally someone answered and asked me to be on hold! I said, please as quickly as possible come back to me. Another 11 minute hold. Finally she answered and after a half dozen questions (spelling of friend's name, birthday, phone number) I was told it would be ready in a half hour. When I arrived at the CVS there were 4 employees and NO ONE waiting! She said it was a coincidence that the wait was so long...a very busy time! Ha! While I still waited to be processed I heard their phone ring twice announcing "call for pharmacy" and no one answered.... I will never understand how CVS stays in business except that the cost of the Rx was nearly $300 and I could have saved my friend $70 if we had gone thru Walmart. But because the elderly friend needed the Rx NOW, she had to pay too much! Their customer service is the worst and starts with the incessant wait and puzzle to try to get a live body to answer.

What a great pharmacy. Had a prescription I was picking up. The original price was $227. Shout out to the customer service representative who told me about Good Rx. Super friendly staff that went out of their way to help. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. "Erik" was trying to close the store earlier than posted hours. He refused to help/give me with any assistance for what I initially came in for. This guy needs to get fired. A truck driver is ideally his career path.
