Deanna was fantastic. We made an appointment and came from Maricopa. They indicated they would do their tuneup while we wait so we did not have to make a second trip. She ran into other issues and completed the additional services with a smile. The rate was super reasonable and more than fair. This location provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond to make it happen. Thank you, Deanna.

I went to David's vacuums with my Sebo vacuum for a repair. So I could leave with my vacuum the same day, Deanna looked for a part I needed so I didn't have to wait to order one. She was awesome!!! Donald provided good technical support and prompt service at a fair price. I will always remain a loyal customer to David's Vacuums because Deanna and Donald provide the best service at a reasonable price!!!

Have been coming to this location and working with Deanna for many years. Brought my vacuum in today expecting to either have to buy a new one or pay a lot to have mine fixed. Deanna was able to located the problem and fix it for me while I waited at a very low cost. Always get great honest service here. Highly Recommend.

Sincerely one start is alot for this place, horrible experience ever. Stand in line for over an hour to get help for them to tell me they can't fix my vaccum because it's too old, that was the first thing I ask her do you guy's service vaccums which she answered Yes, but I'll they do is try to sell their experience refurbished vaccums. Will definitely not recommend to no one.

Terrible experience at the Scottsdale and Shea location!!! First, we drove 30 minutes out of our way to this store and our experience was awful from the moment we walked in. Stopped in to ask about our robot vacuum. The lady behind the counter was listening to a conference call at full volume while arguing with an older man about his vacuum that had just been repaired/cleaned and it broke on the first use. Her attitude and handling of this experience left us with a bad feeling. We spoke to her for only a couple of minutes when she began telling us that it was probably a battery issue, which in our case is not likely. We decided to leave and told her that what we witnessed was so unprofessional that we would not be back and we felt bad for how she was treating the other customer, who was still in the store (speaking to his wife about what they wanted to do)

Absolutely AMAZING working with Deanna. I had a cordless mop break and Deanna was able to get me a replacement at no charge. Before going to Amazon or a major retailer to get a new vacuum or cordless mop etc, please go see her at the Scottsdale location and she will tell you the pluses and minuses of every brand BUT you will leave with the peace of mind knowing that the product you bought will be taken care of if something happens to it. Thank you again Deanna and David’s Vacccum!
