Lorraine in the babies department was amazing! Superior customer service and very friendly/welcoming! Me and my wife are expecting our first baby and purchased a stroller and Lorraine made everything so simple and showed us exactly how to operate the stroller we bought. Thanks Lorraine!

I am taking of a star due to the difficulty finding an EXIT from the store. It's like a twilight zone, with all the EAST, WEST, SOUTH, NORTH exits... If you enter from the inside the mall, and happen to go two stories down, there is no way you will be able to find your way out to the mall, unless you go back up.At one point i started to panic because i got lost, but now i know. What comes down, must go up in order to exit!

We stopped by Nordstrom's for a bit of browsing a stayed for lunch in the Cafe.The Cafe was very busy and the noise level was higher than I normally like but acceptable.We both ordered the French Dip sandwich and were very disappointed.* First off, I love French Dip sandwichs. So, we both ordered the roast beef sandwich.My companion ordered her's medium and I ordered mine medium-rare; the beef was served cold, and the Dip was cold, as well.* Second, the roll was soft and the chew was perfect; however, the a Beef Dip was lacking depth of flavor, was watery, andneeded salt and pepper, and herbs to improve the overall flavor.I plan to go again next time we're in Phoenix and give Nordstrom's another chance; with the hope ? that they improve their French Dip sandwich.I recommend you try this location and the Cafe; as well as, the French Dip sandwich.* We may have been there on an off day.Thank you for reading this review and me know if you have a better experience ... bye ... for now.

I thought I'd save some time over Xmas shopping online at Norstrom, and now I get emails *every day* asking me to review each of the dozen or so items I purchased. At the bottom of each email is the following clause:"This is a service message from Nordstrom. Please know you’re unable to opt out of service messages."In other words, by shopping online at Nordstrom you apparently avail yourself to endless spam emails that can *never* be unsubscribed from or opted out of? For a moderately nice, established clothing store, I'd expect better treatment of customers!Needless to say, I will not ever (ever!) shop at Nordstrom again. There are just way too many other options out there that won't abuse their paying customers.
