Straightforward, easy, low prices (relative to Scottsdale), great humidor, And the owner is always available for interesting conversation,I’m provides a pretty cool atmosphere Endorsing customers to sit and enjoy a stogie if they so choose, as far as cigar stores is go, Tough to beat!!

mmm, I don't think so. We smoke every week, sometimes twice a week. We are regulars at Cedar Room and Torch but I was super happy knowing that we would probably have a cigar shop at walking distance in case we want to smoke on our balcony. That's until we went there and immediately decided we wont go back. I'm all about supporting local small business but this place seemed like it got stuck in time. Run-down-looking, damp, old school looking, hot inside. The humidor room was too warm and smelled like mold, and the selection was pretty unimpressive. Service was lackadaisical and I felt like I had just walked into a room with three men and a dog watching tv, disturbing their afternoon get together. Sad, but we won't return.

For a business that's supposed to be a gentleman's luxury, they fail miserably. The larger gentleman has customer service down pat. The older skinny longer haired silver head, is probally the reason Ive never seen more than one guest in there. I have purchased a few cigars in there... And been in for my daily lunch cigar 3 or 4 times now. Went in today for lunch sat down to smoke a cigar.. He rudely came out of the back.. On the phone like always and asked what I wanted. As I was getting ready to cut and light. Smoke a cigar? Only if you've bought one.. Uhm I did? Last time.. Grabs my cigar out of my hand and inspects it.. Tells me I have to purchase same day. But it's fine and walks away turning his back on me. F you and your attitude old man. I'll be laughing when your overpriced, overly rude, and unsupported shop goes out of business. To the larger nice guy.. Thanks for saving my lighter when I dropped it. I hope to see you at a better place real soon.

Oggies is NOT presumptuous. Nope. You are gonna find a nice little humidor staffed by a couple over weight guys that know cigars. That being said that, I’m thinking u should know what your after before you go in. And in a strip mall no less.

Owner is a complete j**** I came back after a dry cigar because the clerk was awesome. My next visit was awful. I left within 60 seconds because of the owner.
