I'd be careful and make sure to inspect your merchandise you get from them very carefully the main owner is a great guy but his son is not he's shady and sleazy and I would not trust them but good luck

I highly recommend these guys. I have am working out of state for my client in AZ and Old World has been the kindest, hardworking, respectful, patient, people. The communication with them has been beyond outstanding. We had a few hiccups (with other subs) and they caught them and called right away to get them straightened out. They have a phenomenal fab install crew that is very knowledgeable and get the work done correctly and in a timely manner. There work is fabulous. Don't forget about the rem yard. If you aren't needing a full slab they have a great selection of remnants. Thank you Old World!! Look forward to working with you again!!

I have used Old World many times for different homes I've owned. Needless to say I am a repeat customer, and there is a reason for this! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is incredible. During installation the employees treated my home as if it were their own.They just completed 2 bathrooms for me in our summer home, and it was exceptional!! I have just commissioned them to do 2 bathrooms in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.

I have had the best experiences working with Old World on many projects in homes I have owned. I am what you would call a happy repeat customer. I just had 2 bathrooms completed in our summer home and am having 2 bathrooms being done right now. The service and craftsmanship are exceptional and that is only two of the reasons I continue to keep going back!

We wanted to update the counter on our 36" vanity and thought we had an easy measure/installation. however, this project went wrong from measure to installation. The new countertop is one inch too short and the mirror over hangs the edge of the counter. We called our sales rep during installation and was told she was with a customer and requested to speak to a manager and was told one was not available. We did leave both a voicemail and email for our sales rep but have not received a response. Installers (arrived with no mask and no offer to put one) told us they were not aware that they were to remove the old countertop (removal and disposal of the old top was in our contract) and had to borrow our tools to do the job. Furthermore, they did not clean up after installation, leaving dust and debris on the bathroom floor and new countertop. Since Old World Tile required payment in full prior to scheduling installation and we could not reach anyone in the office, we had the new top installed because we were afraid that if the installers took the new top back they would have our money and we would never see another countertop. We are now left with the expense and hassle of replacing the existing mirror in order for it to line up with the new counter. I am attaching photos of the bathroom with the old counter as well as photos of the new counter as installed.

OWTG no longer offers cabinets for ur bathroom or kitchen remodeling project. After waiting more than a month to hear from Margie F on the status of our project, she finally called to tell us this but offered no alternate cabinet options. Funny that a small business such as OWTG did not know this before they agreed to do our job. Margie just kept us in the dark and now we have to start over. Find another cabinet and stone fabricator for ur project as this business (and Margie) is not one u will want to work with if u want ur project completed.

What a horrible experience! A two day job to replace counters and backsplash with granite, turned into 12 days. They hung the first slab wrong, after it was already cut. Waited a full week until they got an electrician out who had to move my outlets to line up with the holes they cut for them. The installers made a tremendous mess during demo, and didn't bother to clean up after themselves. They showed zero respect for our property, leaving their garbage (including razor blades) all over my yard and driveway, even breaking a landscape light because they couldn't bother to stay on the walkway. Which they did pay for. At every step, we had to call multiple people to find out when they were going to be back out to continue. Often leaving voicemails, and no response back. Everything was great up until install. And once that started, all the difficulties and challenges began. Very disappointing.
