I've been going to this location for years. I get spray tans and the machine is meant to be warmed up before you go inside to be sprayed. The last three times I've gone the machine door has been open before- so the machine can't warm up. It's been legitimately freezing to be sprayed. All the front desk girls have to do to fix this is keep the door closed (like they used to do up until a month ago) and it will be warm again- like the machine is intended to.

Be aware of the cancellation policy after you sign up,I’ll sure to share my bad experience with family and friends of how I’ve spend $235 within 4 days.Celebrity tan has better customer service and prices.

After years of paying their expensive monthly membership and rarely using their services due to Covid, I called to cancel my membership over the phone. They said store policy was that I had to physically come into the store and do it in person. During the height of the pandemic. To me, just a ploy to continue receiving revenue by taking advantage of the pandemic. They will never see my patronage again.

This place is ridiculous. Spray tan is awful. It sprays so unevenly and water drips from above which causes streaks everywhere. The tanning suites are often low oral stocks. The last time I was there is a new in a paper towel to wipe all the excess in the 10 came out horribly. And most recently, they decided to change their business hours and then I'll close at 7 PM instead of 8 PM in the summer months which is very unusual and they did not bother to inform their hair and guess who have monthly memberships. Very poorly run and also cleanliness is questionable as well.

Front desk staff friendly and not pushy at all. I’ve always had a good experience with the Mystic Tan. I’m only allowed to do spray tans. Skin is extremely fair. This one is a great location in my opinion :)

I've never written a bad review but had to. I had called several days prior to get exact pricing on tanning packages. I had previously been a customer and had canceled my membership. I had the girl look up my info over the phone and she assured me that my initiation fee would be waved since I had already paid it in the past. Fast forward to this am, that was not at all the case/ the cost was double what I was told. I was then told I could tan for only 6 min (instead of 15/18...even though I ran regularly. The customer service and attitude I received was beyond awful. Completely unprofessional and combative. I would never recommend this place!!! Still shocked I had to waste 35 min of my day.

BEWARE Check their math. The district manager "Taylor" was made aware of tricky practices in prices and "specials". Do you check what they are charging you monthly? If you prepay it's 70 more for a quarter. I clarified the amount 3 times. Younger employee came up with 3 different prices. After asking them to use a calculator in front of me to explain they said I will give you 10 free days. Immediately contacted Taylor who Compt me 2 months for the "error" ( it was intentional ) My comp ended two days ago. Renewing I inquired on pricing...After asking 2 times what was my charge she said 49.99 plus tan tax and regular city taxes which would have been no more than 60.00. So I Swiped my card and she charged 83.00. I ask why it was more than she quoted 1 min earlier.. she was very nervous trying to explain it. I gave her a piece of paper and said "do that math for me" she declined and call "TAYLOR". Who offered $10 off. This is stealing. It's probably the practice Palm Beach teaches because it was two different employees. CHECK YOUR CHARGES! I am going to CELEBRITY

It is not often that people acknowledge superior customer service. Thus, I want to recognize an outstanding performer at this location. Over the years, Addy has demonstrated to me a maturity, customer-service mindedness, and a poise that is not often found. I would be glad to recommend him highly in any role that requires the above character traits.

I wish I less to write but there is no way to be short winded about how many times the ball was dropped in my short one time experience at Palm Beach Tan Shea Blvd. I was lucky enough to go in on a day that a supervisor was "training" - The entire 15 minutes were spent trying to shove products and services down my throat when I clearly explained I wanted a versa and was very familiar with the process. The interrogation was intense on all levels, and it is CLEAR that unless you spend $150 on one spray tan they will not be happy. They spent ten minutes trying to complicate my color choices and sell me services when I continually explained to them that I do not live in Arizona & was just here for a short visit. They then asked where I live to which I replied Seattle & they said "We have locations in Vancouver!!", only a short four hour drive from Seattle.... all to get me to try to purchase a recurring package on what they wanted, not at all listening to the customer. I witnessed this happen with four other customers and cannot believe this business model keeps coming back AND that the supervisor not only encouraged it but actually joined in. I didn't think a simple spray tan could be so complicated, but they managed to make it an extremely stressful confusing situation. When I told the associate the color I wanted, she asked if I wanted a primer (because every word out of her mouth was an attempt to upsell) and when I said no, she literally laughed. That is disgusting customer service and not the way to get anyone to come back. I was with my cousin who also was getting a spray tan, and her associate had a bad attitude when she wanted her change.... That is insane. One spray tan is $50 and two years off your life with the headache. Do yourself a favor and get a spray somewhere else - Honestly, it's worth being pasty on vacation to not have this horrible experience.
