This place is very clean, friendly staff, and beds that really tan. I've had a membership here for a few years. Its the place I go to relax and get that feel good glow, even if it's just for 10 minutes.

I went inside to cancel my membership, the girl at the front desk asked me if I could go to a different location because it hurts her if I cancel. So I left to go to a different location, shortly after I get a call saying she will actually just do it over the phone.

Nice employees, but they have an antiquated systems for identifying people and poorly thought out processes.-You have to show your photo ID each time. My gym which doesn’t cost $40, $60 or $80 a month like memberships here do, and the gym has my photo on file and even membership cards for my keychain, AND can look me up by phone number. But not Palm Beach Tan.-Want to purchase something? Not with your card on file, and not with Apple Pay or Google pay.-Want to come inside? Not through the closest doors to the front desk, but the ones all the way across the lobby.-Need you to sign a new consent form, but you can’t read it ahead of time. Just trust them, and sign the signature pad.-Want to throw something away? Like the packet of lotion you just purchased? Not in the tanning room where there are no garbage cans.I wish the owners actually used their own place and/or communicated with the users.Tips for the owners:-Take client pictures to identify them and have a PIN number as well. Gyms do.-put garbage cans in the rooms.-Unlock your convenient front doors like all the other locations do.-Upgrade your technology.

Need better door placement -employees are only trying to up sell you, obviously.It's loud in the private tanning room... you can hear everything happening in the lobby while you're trying to relax.

Had an awesome experience here. The staff was super friendly and they helped us through every step of the process and explained how it works both over the phone and in person. Looked great for my Hawaii trip!

I’ve been a member for over 3 years. I have the highest membership so that I have access to unlimited spray tans.Two months in a row now when I come in for to tan, they tell me my card didn’t process - which is impossible, as I use it daily and have had this membership on the same card for months. Also odd that no one would call, text or email if this really was the case?Regardless after explaining that I go pay the membership amount… with the exact same card that they have on file and charge every single month. And then they tack on a additional “card didn’t process” fee ?It’s the same card that you just charged so I’m not sure what didn’t work but it was clearly on YOUR end.General rule of business — you probably shouldn’t charge your customers a fee for YOUR mistake.To add insult to injury the spray tan booth only had 2 of the 3 nozzles working and only sprayed the right side of my body so now I’m going to have HALF of a spray tan for my event.I asked to please get another spray tan in a different booth and she told me she couldn’t do that - I could only go back into the one that I just came out of… the one that’s broken…Great idea let me get the same half of my body sprayed AGAIN.Beyond frustrating- awful experience, and no attempt to rectify it.Definitely just lost a long time customer. Don’t waste your time or money.There is a Celebrity Tan located near by - and actually better prices, look forward to taking my business there.

Pathetic customer service, you can read my last review of how horribly this situation has been handled... it continues to get worse. I would recommend staying FAR away from this business!

I've been coming to this location for a while and I'll generally freeze my account for the winter months and reopen for the summer months. I realized I hadn't gone more than once in September, so I called to freeze my account for the following months. The manager, Sierra, very unapologetically informed me she was still going to charge me for the month of October and urged me to unfreeze my account and go for one more month. I told her I appreciated it, but that there was no reason for me to continue going. So, instead of becoming furious that I had to pay an additional month for no reason or demanding she cancel that last unnecessary payment, I asked that, if she was going to charge me for the month of October, that the amount could just be put on my account as tan dollars (as it does when you usually freeze the account $7/mo) since I wouldn't be back in. She very quickly responded with "Nope, sorry, there's no way to do that". I asked if there was anything she could do to enhance the experience when I did return (tan dollars, coupons, upgrades) since I would be paying that additional month for no reason. She was very short, unkind, and had no desire to make me feel wanted as a client anymore. So, I asked her to cancel my account entirely and she still aggressively told me she'd still be charging me for October. I immediately reported to my bank that I shut down my account with them, so any future charges will be marked as fraud. As a regular customer, all I was looking for was either a sincere and understanding representative and possibly a coupon for my next visit. With the lack of friendly service and the negative way I was treated, I'm looking forward to finding a better salon that appreciates their customers and trains their managers to treat all with respect.

The ladies at PBT North Scottsdale are always inviting, helpful, willing to answer questions and make suggestions. Every part of the store is always clean. Special shout-out to Kim and Gabi.

Gabi is the most incredible person ever. She is always helping me with lotions beds and all sorts of fun tanning things. She doesn’t get mad she helps and takes care of everyone. Her customer service is phenomenal!!!For the upper management!! Please take some time out of your busy schedule to commend Gabi on her phenomenal customer service!!!
