Such great service!!! Third Panera I went to in order to get my favorite "kitchen Sink" cookie! They should make more at every location! Yum, but I had an easy, friendly, wonderful experience and appreciate the extra birthday perk ;)

I've never eaten in at this location. (alll online orders) but it has a welcoming atmosphereDietary restrictions: Amount of sodium seems to be rarely listed and the low sodium menu is unfortunately lacking. Other than that I have no other complaints.

Olivia and Deborah were incredibly helpful at figuring out the app! We were given great service despite taking up what felt like half an hour. Rashawn is also an excellent manager at this location!

Over 20 minutes to get food. Out of soup I wanted. 1/2 sandwiches pathetic, both roast beef and sw chicken melt. Where's the meat???

Nice Panera fresh bakery in downtown Scottsdale. They had to put the delicious charged real-fruit lemonades behind the counter due to high caffeine content causing some serious heart issues. Why not just water down the caffeine? It must cost a fortune anyway. It's ridiculous to have to lock up a drink-bar product because it's Killer Lemonade! This is what drives a big part of their subscription Sip Club so it's not convenient to have to find a staff member to fill the cup for you that they vend at the self-service kiosks. Otherwise they have decent sandwiches, pizza and salads, but remain high priced to keep more franchisees from going out of business due to high overhead. Try the baked cheesy Chicken Avocado melt on whole grain with extra sliced tomatoes and spinach for a delicious meal. The whole grain bread choice gives you two mid-size sandwiches for the price of one since each is considered a half. You can also always order a half for around $12 instead of $15. The pizza is surprisingly good, all the baked goods are premium.

I truly use to like Panera bread but I am seriously thinking of not going back ever. I was truly Humiliated by the manager Laura. I am or was a sip club member I ordered my drink at the kiosk and for some reason it didn't so up has me ordering okay it happens but I don't accuse someone of stealing the drink. The manger came up and asked me if I was a club member and I said yes. She gave me the Bs. And wanted me the prove I bought it was I was trying to get on there wifi which kept asking me to sign in to show her the receipt. She ended up taking the cup out of my hand and threw it away.Where I had no drink and couldn't get anything for another 2 hrs.I am sorry that is not customer service had all.So be ware of the that manger.I did reach out to customer care. Nothing yet.
