This company demonstrates highly questionable practices, such as pressuring tenants to move in earlier by threatening to raise the rent while simultaneously accepting applications from other renters.
Here’s our experience:
11/12: We toured the property. The website listed the monthly rent as $2,050.
11/14: We submitted a rental application, planning to move in on 12/21.
11/18: Cassie, a representative from Patriot Property Manager, informed us that another applicant was also interested in the property. She pressured us to move in earlier, either by 12/1 or 12/6, or face a rent increase. We told her we needed time to consider and did not agree to the earlier move-in date.
11/19: Cassie called to inform us that she had emailed the lease agreement and asked us to sign it promptly. The lease stated a signing deadline of 11/20. We told her we’d have someone from our company contact her the next day to discuss further, and she agreed.
11/20: We visited Patriot Property Manager’s office in person to discuss the move-in date and to request an extension on the signing deadline, which we felt was unreasonably rushed. Cassie wasn’t available, but her colleague (Chloe) called her. It was agreed that we would complete the signing by 5 PM on 11/21, with the move-in date adjusted to 12/6. Around 2 PM, we received the revised lease agreement via email.
11/21: At around 3 PM, we were in the process of signing the lease when, unexpectedly, we received an email stating that our agreement had already expired. Shocked, we immediately called Cassie. Upon realizing it was us, she hung up the phone. When we tried calling back, she did not answer. However, when we used another phone number, the call went through, and Chloe answered.
We explained the situation, emphasizing that it was still before 5 PM and we were actively signing the lease. Chloe then informed us that the property had already been rented to someone else.
We reiterated that we were within the agreed-upon time frame and signing the lease as planned. Despite this, the call was abruptly disconnected. Over the next several minutes, we made six consecutive attempts to call back, all of which were ignored. Finally, on the seventh attempt, we got through. Cassie refused to acknowledge any wrongdoing and only offered to refund our application fee. This was not the resolution we were seeking. In the middle of the conversation, Cassie abruptly hung up again.
This experience reflects a lack of professionalism, transparency, and fairness. If you are considering working with Patriot Property Manager, be aware of these issues and proceed with caution.

I have been working with Patriot property management and Cassie over the past year. Cassie has been incredibly professional. I had a difficult tenant and Patriot property management has been excellent conduit due to due to their many years of experience as a property managers. If you were looking for a property management company that responds promptly to Landlord and tenant request along with extensive knowledge around tenant landlord laws do not hesitate to hire patriot property management.

We've rented the same property over 2 yrs and never a issue with them. If something breaks they have someone there next day. They don't bug and harass either.

Very nice seasonal rental had everything we needed! Really enjoyed the area and the views! Jessica was very helpful getting us checked in and becoming familiar with the details. She also brought us a new gate fob as the original did not work.

Do not rent from Patriot Property Management. My wife and I rented a house from Patriot Property Management for a little over a year and everything was great until the move out process. When we moved out, we were charged $550 for an excessive cleaning fee, which at the time, we were fine with paying since we had just bought a house and just wanted to move on from the rental property. We moved out back in October and paid the $550 in December. After paying the $550 we were told everything was taken care of. We also had security deposit insurance through Rhino which we canceled after moving out, and Patriot Property Management approved. I received a refund for this of around $70. Then in January, three months later after moving out, Patriot Property Management decided to file a claim against us for “excessive wear and tear” with the insurance company we had our security deposit through. Now the insurance company is trying to collect an additional $820 due to Patriot Property Managements claim. That is over $1300 total for an “excessive wear and tear” claim which is incredibly subjective. If you saw the photos they sent us, you would be shocked. The photos show standard wear and tear for any normal renter (holes from mounted tvs, some light patching work from decor on the wall, etc). Most of the stuff they’re trying to submit on the claim was documented in our initial move in checklist. The whole situation with Patriot Property Management is very shady and they do not seem like good people who would do their due diligence in ensuring a seamless experience for their renters. They are trying to take advantage of the situation and charge whatever they can months later after we already moved out of the property in reference back in October. They are not trustworthy. Do not rent a property through this company, and if you do, make sure you take your own pictures after moving out. Renter beware.

UPDATE: Our application was denied just a couple hours after posting this review. Coincidence maybe?? LolThis place has THE worst customer service. My husband and I have applied to a property 2 weeks ago and have not been able to reach anyone about the status of our application. We had been working with a person named Jessica and can’t get a hold of her despite leaving voicemails JUST TO GET AN UPDATE ON ANYTHING. When you call the number they have on their website its just an automated system and in no way can get you to a representative. Im starting to think we just got scammed out of our money. I do not recommend this place.

We previously rented a property from Cassie, and unfortunately, when our lease ended, she made considerable efforts to retain as much of our deposit as possible.Despite thoroughly cleaning the property and leaving it in pristine condition, Cassie charged us $250 for minor spots on the wall. Furthermore, she refused to furnish a work order document to substantiate the charges. I shared my honest experiences in online reviews, and in response, Cassie went so far as to involve a paralegal to send me a legal document. It's disheartening to see Cassie, who advertised herself as a "Veteran," not upholding the values expected from someone with such a title.

I had a fantastic experience with them from the start to the finish of my rental. I could not have had a better stay. Cassie and Chloee from her team were both amazing, They were extremely communicative, helpful, provided an easy check in process for me, and they were always so friendly to work with. I have experienced other rental companies and no one was as great as Patriot Property Management. Highly recommend them.

I had a friend looking to move to the valley. So I reached out to Adrienne at Patriot Property Management to see if she could help my friend find a place. She was prompt in her response and was able to find my friend a property. Adrienne walked my friend through the process and answered all there questions. She has been amazing and would recommend her to find your new place.
