Anita is amazing! I had my permanent eyeliner done by Anita several years ago. Today I went in and did a touchup on my eyeliner just to brighten it up. Truly, it had to be at least 8 to 10 years ago that I originally had it done. Anita is an artist! Very precise in her application and painless!
