Staff was very helpful. We have a new rescue pup houdini. One of the managers helped me select an escape-resistant harness as well as recommending a food and toys.

Please please lower your prices they're insane they're more money than they are in Vancouver so why would I even go there in the states
Yes they had a product called bill Jack's which is supposed to be very good for dogs but it was so expensive

The grooming station does a great job for a good price.

My groomer, Makayla, was at the Metro Center location. When I called to make an appointment, they were secretive about where she had moved to. It took me several hours on the internet to find her new location. I am so happy I located her. She is now at the Frank Lloyd Wright location. Even though it is several miles from my house, it is worth traveling for her to groom my old girl. PetSmart needs to add a "Locate Your Groomer" on its website.

No experience, strong opinions.
Refused to selle fish based on erroneous assumptions. The manager and staff do not even keep fish as pets, yet claim to be experts in all sorts of things.

Quick in and out for cat food. 2 people in front of me in line and it moved by in a couple minutes. Good place!

Not sure who the woman working today was but she was absolutely zero help along with the clueless cashiers. She didn't offer to help she stepped away from the register as I approached.
