Poor experience from the start...
I have been to this Petsmart twice for my two goldendoodles to get groomed. Today, I had an appt for both dogs at 12:30. I called in the morning and asked if I could bring them in earlier (11ish) to be dropped off (as I have done that at other locations). They said, no(in a audacious tone), they already have all they're large kennels taken up, but to try 12:15ish. Ok, fine, no big deal. I got there at 12:15 and they said, "Oh, are you the one that called?"..."Yes?" Ok, well she won't take you until your appointment time, you can shop around and I'll call you when she's ready. Hm, ok fine, no biggie. (Should have left then based on their attitudes and tone of voice..rude.) After 15 minutes of waiting, she came out at 12:31. Not once was anyone friendly or acted like I was a customer..I felt more like an annoying burden. Ick! I went to pick them up and I see three additional feeds on my receipt. I asked what they were for and the woman checking me out said they are additional brushing fees (?). I said I have been using Petsmart for years and have never paid these fees. So she brought one groomer out and she tried to explain that these are automatic fees for goldendoodles and they've "always" done this and one of my dogs needed a lot of brushing, over 15 minutes, and I was charged yet another fee. At drop off I explained that one ear was matted and she would need to shave the ears. She said, "ok not a problem". No one called me to ask if she wanted me to try and brush the ears out for an additional cost. In total, I was charged $30 in additional fees and both dogs are shaved using a 5. I was so confused on what these fees were for. I asked if I could have the itemized receipt and was told that it was their copy so of course the one from the register doesn't list the three additional fees, just one of them. I was met with attitude and eye rolling and very poor customer service. Never ever will go back. Do better!!

Understaffed, disorganized, not to concerned with any customer service. In spite of selling me a dog as a Husky mix Petsmart's groomer accused me of trying to have her groom a "wolf mix". Really? I had the sales receipt.

I took my little dog, Coco and I loved how she looked after her first grooming with Keri.
She looked beautiful, clean and happy. They treated her with care and love.

I love my local little PetSmart! Such friendly staff and the store is always clean. We just finished a 6 week dog training with Izzy! She is amazing! She has such a great energy with people and pups. Rita my chiweenie is less anxious and we learned some great basic commands. (Beginner class) I was a little unsure when I signed up, thinking how good can PetSmart dog training classes be? Well, I was being super judgmental!!! Bad me! We loved our 6 weeks and will be signing up for the next 6 week session. Izzy is fantastic!

Tucker went to see Keri and the grooming team today in Cave Creek, AZ for the first time....Keri did an amazing job with Tuckers special requests, he was so happy when I picked him up. Thank you see you again next month.

More expensive then delivered bag of dog food. Really surprised at pricing. And almost always, they don't have all the dog food I want to buy. Senior, low calorie, puppy regular foods.

The manager is awful Heather, she has no business managing this or any location. It's unfortunate she doesn't listen to concerns or suggestions. There are many other locations that will treat you and your fur family with loving care and not just $$
