It's so lovely store. Smaller than some but it has lots of good things to get for your pet. I especially have found the nourish dog food really good for my rescue dog. The guys were really friendly and helped me out a bunch. Thanks guys!

Had my dog groomed was not happy with the out come. I didn't even recognize her. Will not be going back. My dog was nervous and depressed when I got her home.

This location is the best! I recently had my dogs nails trimmed and the two groomers took great care and were so patient. I highly recommend this location.

I drove to my appointment at 11:00 am today 4/25/23 and was told the groomer was not there. The trip was 25 minutes each way. The woman at the groomer register said the groomer had left me a text cancelling the appointment yesterday. The message I received was for me to confirm my appointment not a cancellation. I checked my text. No text message. She was rude and didn't even apologize. Last time I step foot in this Pets Mart Ashler Hill location in North Scottsdale! Found professional grooming a block away without big store chain name. Pets mart needs to properly train their employees to be polite. They are my new groomers. Now I see why I am the only customer at this store.I took a minute after posting this review to read others. Even going back 4 years customers complained about how rude the grooming department was. They haven't learned after all these years to hire nice people. What 's wrong with the managementThat they can't get it right!

Smaller store than others but have still been able to find everything I’ve needed so no complaints. Not sure what items are missing due to the smaller footprint but I’m glad this store is here as it’s closer to us! Employees were friendly too ??.

Small PetSmart, carries only high volume items. Never has more than a few of the items we use. Suggest they adjust inventory control for longer days supply and correct for seasonality. Volume varies with seasons, Lots of Snowbirds.

I take my little Harley Girl to get her nails done and when she needs a bath this is where we go !!! The staff is very friendly and nice to the pet's that's very important !!!
