Had to take our 3-year old into this office the morning of December 24 for some persistent upper respiratory tract infection symptoms, and parental concern for a developing otitis media. Despite this being Christmas Eve, and with a long line of parents/children waiting outside the building at opening time, the entire staff (security guard at front, front desk clerk, and RN) were extremely friendly and helpful. Our provider (Jessie, PA) was fantastic - warm, reassuring, and caring. She made the right diagnosis (RSV) and recommended expectant management, which was the correct pathway. Only small quibble - the MA, upon rooming us, said "the doctor" will be right in - our provider was a PA (totally fine with us), but MA should be clear in communication about what kind of provider is working the rooms. Again, overall - a great experience and I commend this clinic and the staff for their excellent service!

Very bad experience, came in with my six year who had a cut on her eyebrow. She was crying and wanting to go home the minute we got there, we got in and the nurse practitioner said they need to stitch it. Took 30 mins to get the insurance approval and 30 minutes for the numbing cream to “work” and then as she put in the first stitch my daughter SCREAMED. I asked her to stop she said no she is not in pain she is scare (my daughter is the toughest kid she’s got stitches before and didn’t even cry). After all this time she said we can glue it. Are you kidding me? After being there for over 2 hours and my daughter crying wanting to go home and wanting her sisters ( she was heartbreaking) they said we could’ve just glued it and be done in less than 10 minutes? Why the hell did you say we need stitches? More money? For an adult urgent care I get it (not really) but children’s urgent care seeking more money? Putting kids through all this to charge more? I was beyond furious. Wish I could give zero stars

What can I say, no thanks yous can ever come close to that feeling of finally knowing what's wrong with your child. I had seen and been to about 2 urgent cares and 1 hospital ER for my daughter's shallow breathing and high fever for the past year trying to get answers on what this was. Always met with "we don't know" and sent home with a STILL suffering child. (Very low O2 stats every time) It wasn't until we were recommended this place that I cried so hard because these lovely ladies actually told me what was happening to my child that nobody else could do and TREATED HER PROPERLY. They let me cry and when I told them why they were shocked that my daughter had been sent home with how low all her levels were. She ended up having a reactive airway disease and her levels had been so low for lack of proper care they immediately rushed her to the Hospital for more intense care. But the entire time during our stay at the urgent care I got all the information I had been neededing , the ladies answered all my questions and explained so that I could understand what had been happening and I could not have been more thankful for them! Definitely recommend this urgent care! they know what they're doing.Thank you so so much!!!

We are visiting from out of town and our daughter developed pink eye. The care was very prompt and all the staff, from the front desk to the nurse to the doctor, were very friendly and kind. I appreciated their kind, gentle care with my shy toddler.

The staff was amazing today. They had a huge line of people waiting for them to open and did a great job expediting families back to be treated. Nurse Tobe was so sweet to my son and I while providing care. I know that he was extremely busy but made us feel like a priority and didn’t rush through any portion of his care or treatment. The PA listened to my concerns and was very kind and caring towards me and my baby. Very grateful for the awesome staff of this location.

I've taken my son here a few times and we have always had a good experience. We saw Dr. Chris Ramsook this last time. He's a great doctor and even called us after we left with some additional information we were waiting on. We were very pleased.

Came in with a sick toddler and let the staff know my wife and I had just returned from the hospital with a newborn that morning. The doctor diagnosed my son quickly with herpangina how ever was in a very big rush to get out the door. When I tried to follow up with more questions about the risk to the newborn (like can I hold her, do my son and I need to stay somewhere else, etc) the doctor walked out the door and let me know a print out would answer my questions. The print out did not. Now I have been googling/chatGPTing to figure out next steps.Good place for a quick diagnosis, not great for getting the follow up questions and treatment.

Not only are they charging us for providers we never saw or spoke to, they won't answer emails, they charge you with specific dollar amounts they say are not elidable for a discount. Why charge me $490 when they know anything over $500 is eligible for a 50% discount!? I feel like that is a major scam. Phoenix Children's, don't both reply with a phone number or email to reach out to, you don't answer or respond any way. If you really want to resolve this, you can reach out to me. (But the chance that happens is slim to none). Chose a different urgent care people!

The lovely staff took great care of my child. I was happy to see that a physician was on staff. Dr Hartman was kind, knowledgeable and very empathetic.

Brought my child in for a cough tonight and there was no running water. The toilets were full of uri e and feces and I could not wash my hands. I was so disgusted that we left. The only thing that prevented me from giving zero start was the nurse who was outstanding.

Super disappointing, been there 3 x in one month, each time they tell me 3 months old infant just has a " virus", first provider..ok maybe it is... Baby continues to get worse. The last provider on mother's day. Super condescending, says we can get an x-ray " if you want", no I don't want one. Use your medical decision making and order one. Left there with zero help. Saw primary and he offers Albuterol which does wonders for this tiny baby, asks me if I got an x-ray (nope bc the Dr made me feel dramatic)and amoxicillin FOR THE RAGING EAR INFECTION, that the doctor at PCH said was fine! The check in staff is fine, the assistants and nurse's are kind, each provider is a wild card, you never know who you're going to get abd what level of experience.

Very disappointed and shocking experience with this hospital. I went there two months back since my kid is having cough. Receptionist told my insurance is acceptable and go and consult to doctor. I just did and he told she is fine and go home. It took two weeks to get it cure after fever and cough. Surprisingly after a week I received bill through my insurance company saying i have to pay 765USD saying its out of network of aetna. Another day I checked with the receptionist and she told if i pay without insurance then cost will be around 250 and through the insurance it will be 1000 and i got some discount thats why it is 760.We have to pay for nothing for the mistake of visiting the hospital. What a shocking. Is it how American Healthcare system works in this developed world? Is it for wellbeing of people or for profit of insurance companies and hospitals.

My 15 month old son has osteogenesis imperfecta. He fractured his leg and I have been in twice now in the last couple of days before we can see our orthopedic surgeon at the main hospital. I got my sons splint wet today and it needed completely redone. All of the staff were beyond kind to us and the two doctors who took care of my son were so gentle and 100% thorough. My son did not cry at all when it was being redone. I told our close friends more intimate details of our experience today and they all had the same reaction: "there are still good people in the world." I'm very grateful for our care here and I'm 100% assured that my son is ok in the time between follow up.
