My service advisor contacted my #Warranty and took care of everything for my vehicle to be repaired in a timely fashion. He even set up for me to take a vehicle home while the work was being performed. He was very helpful, and I am very pleased with the service provided.

I was in a traumatic accident and had to find a car fast. Salesman Matt Duffy made the process quick and painless. We did most of the paperwork prior to me even stepping foot into the dealership. I went at night and picked up the vehicle. It's a used vehicle and met all my needs.My heart sank when the next morning I discovered hail damage to the roof of the car. It wasn't apparent at night but in the daylight it was very obvious. I was expecting another battle on top of all the stuff going on with my accident. I texted Matt and he had me come in so they could take a look. I spoke with manager Tony he was understanding and quickly came to a resolution. He called up his dent guy and fixed the issue in less than a day.This was the best experience I've ever had at a dealership, and it makes all the difference when you are going through a tough situation outside of purchasing a car. I felt like they truely cared about my situation and wanted to make a good experience start to finish. I would send family and friends here in a heartbeat.THANK YOU MATT AND TONY!

Update 1/12/2024Wow they stand behind their used cars/trucks! They are fixing my new to me truck to make it safe and sound! Thank you very much Tony!I bought a used 2016 Nissan Titan XD from pinnacle Nissan. They allegedly did 142 point inspection! Tail light was non op! Plus driving home the check engine light came on! Now the 4WD is throwing errors! Told the sales person could care less! Don’t buy from this dealership or should I say stealership! Update Carson city Nissan said the truck is unsafe to drive because of a fuel leak and a wire that is sparking! This dealership could care less that we drove 700+ miles home!

I had a pleasant experience working with Moses M. He tried his best to help, but their inventory didn't meet my needs (hence 4-stars). I didn't ultimately buy a car from them, but Moses was kind enough to follow up with me afterwards when he found another vehicle he thought might work. The next time I need a ride, I'd consider these folks for sure.

I had brought my vehicle in for a recall issue. I was on a tight schedule but fortunately, the EV team at Pinnacle Nissan was able to complete their work in a timely manner! I've always been able to schedule my appointments easily and get the necessary work done here.

Very Happy with Pinnacle Nissan. The Service Department Representative was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He addressed all of my concerns and took care of the Service quickly. My car is running perfectly. I recommend Pinnacle Nissan to all of my friends and family. I’ve owned many different brands of cars and Pinnacle Nissan has the best service department I have ever experienced. I will stay with Pinnacle Nissan. I love my Nissan. I am amazed at the quality and comfort of the car. I also am impressed with how much car you get at a reasonable price. I have owned cars that are twice as expensive but we’re not as good as my Nissan. Nissan offers the best cars at the best prices of any automaker. Keep up the good work. Thank you for caring about your customers.

I had leased a Maxima for my aunt, and the dash was already at 3,200. When I called and asked for a correction to the lease terms- I was basically told it's my problem. This dealer will do anything to get a couple extra bucks. Avoid them and go to a different dealer.Otherwise, everything else was fine. Good customer service, and clean vehicles. They just won't be getting my business ever again.

I had a wonderful experience when l first arrived at the dealership. Filepe. was great my salesman was good although new and not as knowledgeable . I thought it was the best experience I ever had at a dealership. But wait, as l called and returned to the dealership because there was some questions. That l still had that wasn't answered. I was thrown in a room and forgotten. The sales manager just feed me a line of B S. Then l called back cause l had 4 different types of tires on my car. I was dismissed as a idiot. So once the sale is done so are they. No follow up. I will not return there when l trade this car in that l am very unhappy with.

A young man approached us as we began to look at Rouges. He told us his name was Jake and said he would be happy to help us if that was ok.That started our journey, Jake asked us questions about what we were looking for in a car. He listened, he only showed us what I told him I wanted. He was helpful and encouraged us to test drive the car. He is the reason we bought our new Rouge. He was helpful and friendly without being too pushy. I have been several dealerships, 2 Kia, Toyota and Hyundai. None were as knowledgeable or helpful. I clearly stated I wanted cloth seats with, power. Jake told me with package would it. First sales guy in 2.5 months that listened, knew his cars and treated us as if it was important that we got what we wanted.I did not intend to buy that day, as thinking I was likely to have the bad experience. The other folks at the dealership were helpful and friendly, but Jake made a lasting impression.He will be the first person we reach out to when we need another vehicle.

Sam Golden is our new favorite car salesman! I bought a car from him today and he made us feel comfortable and wanted us to get the best deal possible. He always responded to my texts right away after I left the dealership to check out other options, but I came back to Pinnacle Nissan because of him. I've never owned a Nissan, so hopefully I can get a long life out of this new car

I had a great experience! Everything was clean and the staff really nice. I worked with Margo Kennedy and she was very helpful without being pushy. She made sure I got a fair price for my trade and I left happy. I don’t plan to get rid of my new car anytime soon, but when I do I’ll definitely be back.

I bought a new 2023 Nissan Titan Pro 4x From Pinnacle, The Sales rep said if I buy a New Tonneau Hard Shell Bed Cover He would have the service department install it, They did, After only driving my vehicle for 2200 miles and 9 months, both sides of the clamps came loose and would no longer operate like they should to secure and keep the tonneau locked, I called Nissan service this morning spoke to Steve, after being interrupted two times, He stated he was not wanting to install tonneau covers after I explained it was installed by your service department he then said bring the truck in I did, he took my keys he looked it over, I handed him a latch complete, to be reinstalled, he drove my vehicle to the mechanic who was not able to fix the minor issue, because Steve dropped the latch losing a tiny barrel part after wasting my time, Steve insisted he didn't lose the part and Steve stated at the beginning the vehicle had a recall a soft wear update, it was never done, then to top it off the outside mirrors were tucked in so me being in the back where the mechanic area was trying to assist the mechanic I was told since the tiny part Steve dropped and lost and AGAIN Steve told me and again it's not his fault for me to drive my vehicle from out back into the main drive with no outside mirrors in their position I then waved to the one of the guys to please figure out why my mirrors were not out, I was not able to see outside, low and behold Steve runs out for the third time insisting we didn't do that over and over, I explained i drove in with both mirrors out and now it had to be you folks closing them, after a shouting match Tim Scully service Manager came out of his office I explained what had happened Tim took the latch that Steve dropped and misplaced the barrel part, he stated he would try to replace it, I told Tim I had extra parts when I purchased the tonneau cover, Ill go home and check I had the part that was misplaced by Steve I returned back gave the part to Tim he drove my vehicle around back, and rather quickly drove it back completed, it now locks securing the contents in my bed, This was a nightmare because of an incompetent rep, at the very beginning, Thanks to Tim the matter was resolved, Professionally and accurately . The recall software was never done by the way, because of the rep named Steve. , It was a Terrible experience dealing with Steve, Finally Thank you Tim service manager. I will have to return for the software recall that was not done soon. Due to the terrible ordeal from Steve. Just for the record Steve never apologized for his rude actions for a simple minor fix, which Tim stated to me this should of never happened it was not done correctly, I totally agreed. Tim did apologize and like i mentioned I still have to return because steve failed to do the Software update. Peter j.

Didn’t end up buying a car, but all I can say is that the staff were all super friendly and cool. One man: Logan was especially charming. He suggested tons of cars and models that I might’ve been interested in and was patient and knowledgeable. Now, I don’t know much about cars, but I wasn’t worried at all when Logan came around to help me. I knew I was in good hands. He tried his best to help me not break the bank and get me the best deal possible.When I am finally ready to buy, I know where I am going, and who to ask for! :) thanks Logan!!

Max is an exceptional car salesman! He made my car-buying experience smooth and enjoyable. I went in last night to look at the 2024 Nissan Z. I spoke with an awesome sales person who has been very communicative. I understand that the car is a rare car. The sales manager Kyle called me earlier today and asked if I would be willing to pay $5000 over sticker. I told him that there are other dealerships that are offering it at MSRP. They have the color that I want that I told him I needed to think about it because I don't typically pay over sticker for a vehicle. I called my sales person to see if they would consider doing any better, they said they had an offer for 6000 last night over asking and didn't take it and now he's telling me he wants 7000 after telling me he would do 5000 Very shady place to do business with stay away. Other Nissan dealerships are much better.
