Wow wow wow!!! Terrible service with zero respect that I always try to support small businesses. I have been coming here for years and always had Michael be kind and chatty. The guy working with him was a complete jerk. Would not listen to the spelling of my name, address or how I wanted package shipped. After explaining that my name and address was incorrect, I was silenced.. then told “he has been doing this for 26 year. “ I was trying to mail a package to my home and it would have never been delivered with the errors. Upon, taking my property and leaving, Michael did not seem to care that I said.. “I am trying to support smaller businesses. “ He could have cared less. Never again!!!!!

This place is basically a gun supply shop you can tell as soon as you walk in. I went in for a passport photo online the price says $16.99 but I paid 39.52 and could not get a digital copy which is required for my online passport application upload. The pictures will stay in my drawer forever doing nothing I will have to go to another passport photo place where I can get a digital copy of the photo. What a waste of time and money this place was.

All star experience. When it came to shredding, Michael was more than helpful to help unload my boxes and was even more helpful in the care he took to destroy my docs. It was a delightful experience for a rather tedious task and I highly recommend Postal Max for any of your postal needs. Do just go...go now!!

This is the best retail parcel shipping business I have ever experienced. Their close proximity to LAX that your package gets to the parcel carrier ASAP. Parcels from PostalMax go directly to the carrier.
Friendly people. Reasonable prices. As a businessman, Very well worth the time and expense for me to drive all the way to PostalMax and easy access to coastal trail in Palos Valdes. Highly recommended.
