Love this PostNet! The staff is so wonderful! My office location moved and there is a postnet right in the complex but I will still drive out of my way to get anything I need from this location. I’m notoriously “last minute” on my printing needs and they get it done every time!

The staff is so helpful here! Anything you need mailed they can get it done! Sending out a package to my mother a few days before Christmas. I was told it was going to be delivered Tuesday. So the day after Christmas. I knew I was cutting it close, but the little lady at the counter told me if she had time she would try to get out to another store to get it out on time...Well not sure where she took it but my mom got here gift Saturday so the day before Christmas Eve. Thank you so much for going that extra mile. You made to new friends for being so cool just because! Thanks again girl! She know who she is!!!!!

I went in to post a letter less than 1 ounce to Canada and was charged $3.30. I was stunned but paid it. I then went outside and looked up the price on line-$1.46. I went back in to inform the employee and she said “well we are a concierge service.” WHAT!! If u want to pay more than double-shop here. There is an honest post office in the Hallmark store 4 shops down the same street?

Rod and Deb always go above and beyond for us. They are not only efficient and helpful but such pleasant people. I would highly recommend them. I was disappointed in the review posted regarding the ski jacket that didn't show up as quickly as DHL had told the sender. As it turns out, the delay was a result of customs and to blame Postnet for that is ridiculous at best!

Rod and Deb were EXTREMELY helpful with printing project!!! Even though it was a small and seemingly simple request ( NOTHING on a computer is simple to me!!!), they were always patient and very kind in guiding me to a very beautiful finished product!!! Even after several changes due to MY MISTAKES!!! Service with a smile! I am new to the area and very thankful to have discovered PostNet for all of my future shipping needs too!!! I look forward to working with them again!

I have used Rob and Deb for over five years for many of the services they offer. From experience, you can’t go wrong using this business. They are professional, on time and everything has met or exceeded the reasons I selected them. Look at the claims on their website and know that every one is accurate.

I dropped off a Mother's Day gift with a pre-printed label. it was a gift with a value of $130. They were busy and Deb told me to put the package on the counter. It was a UPS prepaid label. The package never arrived to my mother. I called and spoke to Deb and Rod. The package never got scanned in. Deb told me at the time that they were having computer difficulty with their UPS system. They couldn't produce any records of packages taken in that day. One of their employees said that they would reimburse me but Deb said that she wouldn't and she didn't know what happened to my package. She directed me to UPS in which UPS said that there was no record of the package being dropped off and that I needed to take it up with the PostNet that I dropped it off at. I would not trust this PostNet with any packages. They do not take any responsibility. Sad when a company doesn't take any responsibility and doesn't take care of their customers.

Rod & Deb are great! I've referred many clients to post net in the past and they've done an amazing job at getting their packages to their final destination in one piece and on time which is kind of rare in this day and age
