This is a straight up company. They are really great people to deal with. Excellent communication, Always responded to my texts or calls. Ryan is who I worked with, a really great guy that worked hard in all areas to sell my vehicle... in my opinion, he accomplished what I thought may have been impossible in such a bad economy. It was a great buying experience. I purchased a 2013 E92 with the ESS supercharger. Ryan was able to provide me every detail I needed to know about the car. He noted imperfections and was very passionate about cars. PPM is very professional and thorough and even the car shipper (that Ryan found for me) spoke really well about the shop.P.S. The car is a monster!

This must have been the best car-buying experience I have had in my driving career. From day 1, Ryan and the team were very professional and got right into providing me with further information and pictures on the vehicle I was interested in. Communication from both Ryan and Karen was a solid 10/10. They were patient with me and worked with me as I had to double back on some paper work. The shipping for the vehicle was organized by the PPM team and arrived in less than a week after finalizing paper work.This was such a stress-free buying experience from start to finish.I would highly recommend the Proper Performance Motors team to anyone in search of a special vehicle.This for sure will be the first place I check for a special vehicle in the future. I have purchased quite a few cars over the years and my experience with Ryan and Karen was undoubtedly the best experience I've had. Extremely reasonable, the car was exactly as described, and they even helped me secure shipping. I always felt I was in good hands and that they genuinely cared about me as their customer. This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. My 16yr old son is very happy with his 2001 BMW M3. It's exactly what he had been searching for. It has been a pleasure working with Ryan, Karen and Patrick. The Proper Performance Motors team provided excellent customer service. The whole process from start to finish had no complications and it was all thanks to them. Due to my husband's work schedule and me not knowing how to drive a manuel...yet, I thought I'd have to tow the car back home. Never happened. Ryan and Patrick delivered the car themselves.
