Went to this store with my brother hoping to purchase Christmas gifts for my parents. (I am 17). As soon as I walked into the store I was promptly kicked out for being under 18. I tried to explain my situation looking to purchase a Christmas gift for my parents and they seemed to not care. After doing further research there is no protocol or policy causing me to not be allowed to shop there. Overall bad customer service and caused me to drive 30 minutes to another purple store to buy my gift.

I just want to first thank Barbie for all her patience and help. My husband and I were visiting from WNY and we don’t have a showroom in Buffalo, so we took the opportunity to stop in and try the mattresses. We both have the purple pillows and want to upgrade our mattress, but we have very different mattress preferences when it comes to soft and firmness. Barbie was so knowledgeable and sweet, she took the time to explain in detail the difference between each mattress. We also mentioned we share our bed with our dogs and she informed us that everyone at Purple was a pet owner and lover which was nice to hear! Though we unfortunately weren’t able to buy anything since we were leaving the following day, Barbie truly made it a memorable shopping experience and we cannot thank her enough. We look forward to ordering our mattress and getting quality sleep with our dogs!

So far we have had a nightmare experience. Our mattress and frame are sitting outside our front door since yesterday -- NOT installed in the frame that sits in our bedroom!! So much for the "white glove service" delivery and set up! We were home but the delivery guys refused to bring it in and set it up!!!!! Very very UNHAPPY with Purple. I will be posting pictures to social media of this debacle!

Scott was great! He greeted my friend and I when we came in and educated us on the multiple technologies within the purple mattress. He also answered all my silly and serious questions and was a great sport. I did not feel rushed at all when I was in there and felt as if I could take my time and really get a feel for what I liked!

Absolutely incredible customer service. My wife and I both bought Purple pillows from this showroom for the first time. The pillows are amazing but mine wasn’t quite the right fit for me, I went back to the store and met Barbie and Scott. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Dealing with them makes me want to use purple for the rest of my life. Personable, outgoing, and wanting me to have the best nights sleep ever. Do not go anywhere else!

Madeline greeted us when we first came in. She was very knowledgeable about each mattress and explained the differences. She let us try each one, take our time with absolutely no pressure! Answered all of our questions and gave recommendations. We didn’t have high hopes when we went in the store but we were wowed with how supportive but soft the one we chose was. Madeline emailed us an invoice and we had 90 days to make up our mind with the price locked in. But on our drive home, we already made our choice! We wanted the mattress as soon as possible. It was the first mattress out of many that didn’t hurt my hip!

Barbie was very helpful when my fiancé and I stopped in for new pillows. We had been to multiple sleep stores before visiting purple and left extremely happy with our purchase of the Harmony and PurplePillow 2.0 w/ booster (amazing as a side sleeper with broad shoulders). Thanks Barbie and Purple!

Scott! Scott was the gentleman who greeted us at the door and introduced us to the Purple Product! He was very respectful of our space, answered every question we had and we felt absolutely no pressure to buy. We decided we liked him so much (and the mattress), we went ahead and bought new pillows and ordered a new mattress. I will update again after it's delivered and we've had some sleep. Thank you, Scott!

I am never coming back to this location. I came in today with my wife, and this very nice young lady helped me out. She was very friendly and helpful. At the end, she gave us 2 pillow covers. As we walked out, the rude gentleman grabbed the free cases out of my hand. I think he may have been the manager or something. I was so embarrassed the way he took and felt there was no reason for it. I was between the sleep number and the purple mattress. After my experience, I am going with the sleep number since their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend not coming here. If you want a mattress, get it online or a different location.

Barbie was incredibly warm, welcoming, informative and friendly. I have been a purple customer since 2017, have sold over 10 purple mattresses to friends and family, own the og purple bed, 15 purple pillows, purple sheets, purple seat cushion, weighted blanket, purple dog bed, literally everything. And Barbie was so informative and I’m so happy to have met her and have her as my purple specialist.

Great showroom experience at the Scottsdale location. We were greeted at the door by Barbie and provided a great viewing and trial run of the different mattresses. We were able to find our perfect fitting mattress and walk out of the store happy. Thank you Barbie!

Everyone has always been super nice and knowledgeable every time I go to this store. Barbie really cares about her customers and takes the time to find what you are looking for in a mattress. She even helped me and my husband test out different pillows to find one that best fit our body alignment. Barbie really pays attention to the details and ensures you are in love with your purchase!

Scott was great! He answered all of our questions and we felt much more knowledgeable about the Purple product and which mattress would be best for us! I love that the associates aren't commission-based. really takes the anxiety out of it!
