I bought a driver from PXG in October 2023. The fit was good, but after three months of use the club head collapsed at the toe. I sent a picture to my rep, Blake Lawler, and he thought it should be replaced. He requested his warranty team to provide the new club head and they rejected the request. They disagreed the head needed to be replaced. They did not offer any replacements or a discount on a new club, nothing! They obviously do not believe in the products they sell or care how their customers are treated.There are several other golf equipment stores in Phoenix that offer superior fittings and products. All of theses companies would have replaced the head or provided a heavy discount toward a new club. PXG dumps on their customers after the sale, goodbye.I will never buy another club from PXG, and will continue to show the failed driver head to all of my friends, neighbors, and everyone I meet on the driving range and the course.

I only gave them 5 stars because Yelp wouldn't let me give them 6 stars. I rented clubs for a conference this week and could NOT have been happier. Their excellent customer service, helpful attitude and phenomenal support for veterans is over the top good. THANK YOU PXG, stay awesome.

Tyler, Josh and Paige are The epitome of excellence in customer service. Tyler fitted me for a new set of sticks. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I'm not a goid golfer but he made me feel comfortable and relaxed during my fitting. I learned a lot about their product and I look forward to taking a little tour in the back sometime. If you want quality and performance, PXG is where you go. I highly recommend PXG for any of your golf needs. Made in Scottsdale, Made in America!

Discrepancy Between PXG’s Marketing and Customer Service ExperienceReview:My experience with PXG Golf, particularly at their flagship store, has led me to a disheartening realization. In my initial visits I was treated amazing like truly amazing. I cannot imagine a better customer experience. However, that was all to make a sale it seems. Because once I walked back into this store to pickup my purchased items everything was different.The loud and confident marketing of PXG, which I initially perceived as a battle cry for quality and excellence, now appears more as a cover-up, a mere projection far from reality.It’s unsettling to see such a gap between the brand’s marketing messages and the actual aptitude of the employees, especially those manning the front desk. During my recent visit to pick up a new driver, the level of service I encountered was in stark contrast to the high standards I had come to expect from PXG, based on their marketing and my initial interactions.As someone with extensive experience in customer service, this inconsistency is not only disappointing but also worrisome. It raises questions about the true values and priorities of the brand. Is PXG genuinely committed to delivering the excellence it so boldly advertises, or is the loud marketing just a facade masking inadequacies in customer service?This experience has significantly altered my perception of PXG. It’s a reminder that a brand is not just defined by its marketing but more importantly, by every customer interaction and the genuine care and service provided. I hope PXG takes this feedback seriously and bridges the gap between its marketing and the real-world experiences of its customers.Rating: 2.2/5

These guys are awesome. I brought my junior in because he is in between junior and female length clubs. They did a great job fitting my 11 year old's club gaps with a few clubs. They didn't gouge my checkbook either, plus the boy thought it was so awesome. He is still smiling.

Employees were very welcoming! Mike was fantastic. Knew ecxactly what I needed. This was my first time going to a PXG store and I definitely give 10/10.

Was really nervous but instructor was very courteous and knowledgeable. Took awhile to feel comfortable, never did relax completely, no fault of the instructor just my own slef.
