Great service every time I come and get new glasses, it is 11 minutes past 10am (time they open) and they are still not open. I have a very busy day and need to speak to someone about delimitation of the polarized lens. I just have a question and figured it would be best to try to explain in person than on the phone. I would give them a 5 star rating but when you run a company you gotta make sure that your employees are punctual and at work on time. I have seen 3 people walk by and look at the glasses and walk away because they are not open. Please do better, thank you.

Had to make a return today and the staff was so nice. Extremely helpful. Took a look at the sunglasses as well and the display and options are fantastic!

Tina was absolutely AMAZING! She was so patient and helpful! It was one of my favorite shopping experiences ever! I told her what I was looking for and she ran around grabbing me different styles. What I loved most was her honesty. I tried a few pair on and she gave me her honest opinion based on the shape of my face and then I immediately was able "see" what she meant. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold. Tina is like shopping with a girlfriend. If you need sunnies or prescription frames, I would highly recommend Tina and Quay! Oh, and so super reasonably priced and solid glasses. Thank you, Tina! You truly are a gem!

Tina was such an unbelievable sales person! She helped choose glasses based on our face shape and was patient with us along the process. We ended up buying 8 pairs in total thanks to her advice. Pricing was great too!

I had the most difficult time with Quay online. Customer service was difficult to contact and my order had errors but the staff in this store were heroes. Although I had quite the struggle with my order they helped me through it with great solutions and exceptional service. Special shout out to Tina who walked me through everything and kept me as a happy customer. If you’re looking for a great experience this is the place in my opinion.

Allen helped my friend and I get glasses today and made the experience amazing! He was super helpful and attentive the whole time. Not only was he super helpful but he kept us entertained the whole time which made the experience that much better! Definitely ask for Allen if you need help and want a good laugh!

Allen the assistant manager is SO DOPE! I recently found out I needed prescription eyeglasses and I wasn't very happy about it. Allen was so helpful and helped me find not one, but TWO glasses that I absolutely love! He was hyping me up and made me feel very confident in my new glasses. Before I hated wearing glasses, but now I am fully embracing my new glasses and confidence thanks to Allen! I assumed this process would be more of a chore but he had my friend and I laughing the whole time. 10/10 recommend coming to this store and seeing Allen! He is the BEST!

Walked in, the store was empty and the sales associate didn't even bother to great us. We needed help with glasses not one person helped. As soon as the couple that looked like they have money walked in, they jumped on them. We left, not giving my money to someone who doesn't give a crap

Went in on a Friday night after a movie, and the customer service was excellent. Tina helped us and even though the store was packed and she was the only one working, she was helping every person in the store and making sure she greeted and helped each one. She was so friendly and helpful!

I'm so happy that they finally opened a physical Quay (key) store! I own a good amount from ordering online and so happy to get to visit a store to try on the glasses since there were some I bought online I didn't fancy much. They even have the same deals they have online so that's a win. I will def go back to buy more sunglasses. The ladies who was there was very helpful too!

I was visiting family in Scottsdale when I stopped by to get some sunnies. The associate was the uppityest person I could have ever encountered. I landed on 3 pairs I was going to buy (2 for me, 1 for my cousin). I asked her if one of the pairs I liked was polarized because I live jn CO where morning rush hour sun glares are a real thing driving into town...like the entire freeway closes kinda thing. She pushed me on why I even needed polarized and that regular sunnies are just fine, instead focusing on the SPF. Sure, I need that too, but when I asked for polarized she just gave me all kinds of attitude. Sigh.
