Good old fashioned shop. They will fit you for new boots. Plus clean them for free as long as you own them. 10/10 would reccomend.

This store is absolutely awesome! Great options and the employee who helped us, Steven, was absolutely incredible!! He helped us pick the right shoes and insoles! We will definitely be coming back simply because of Steven. Great customer service and overall experience!!

What an incredible boot buying experience. Steven was very patient, helpful, and personable. He helped me order the right shoes I needed for my job requirement, made sure I had the best fitting shoes possible and was super friendly throughout the entire process. Even with all of the customers that come in, Steven remembered my name 2 weeks later. Thank you! Will recommend to all my colleagues.

The boots I purchased are so well made and the price reflects that. I never thought I would spend 800 on two pairs of boots but my feet and back have not stopped thanking me. I just couldn't resist the quality. The service matched the quality of the boots, in that they wanted to make sure that the boots were the right fit. Steven at the Scottsdale location was exceptional in service and deserves an extra star for his efforts and knowledge.

I came here to get work shoes and had the best experience! Steven helped me with answering questions about the specific safety work shoes I needed. There was another set of customers there, but he was awesome at making sure all of us got our answers and helped so much! Thank you for all your help Steven!!

Ordered a pair through Cole at this store and he had awesome customer service. Super friendly and helped me get the pair of boots I always wanted! Will buy from this location again. BTW I am from San Antonio and the customer service at this Arizona store was so much better.

I wanted to order a pair of black heritage iron rangers for my fiance and Steven was extremely helpful, professional, and kind throughout the whole purchase experience. He also gave us some really cool historical tidbits about the company which we loved. We will be Red Wing customers and fans for life!!

I love Redwing. Bought a dozen pairs or more. The kid at this store doesn't care .... That extra effort I normally get at Redwing is the reason I come back.Therefore I will find another store....

A definite winner! Great service combined with the best shoes I've ever worn. This is my second pair of steel toed boots I've purchased from them and they are as comfortable, if not more so, than the tennis shoes I have. I'll definitely be back for more!

My son needed boots for welding classes and is hard to fit. The sales person was awesome, knew exactly what was needed. Red wing products are very high quality.
