Overall good service and clean rooms. I didn't understand the additional charge of $10.00 per day for a parking fee. Also could smell weed coming through the air vents. Ugh!

It's been a week and I have yet to receive my deposit back. They told me it would be returned when I check out. Thwt was a lie. I was told 2 days later, when I called that it could take 7 days because I used a debit card. Thats also a lie. I stay 1 to 2 nights a week in hotels and it's never taken this long to get my deposit back. I want my money.

The service & free breakfast keeps me coming back , I love to stay a few weeks cause the kitchen is a great place to create my meals in.
But I wish they would fix the washer issue , with over a 100 rooms trying to use the same one washer is my only issue about this place

This was a wonderful hotel.
I was in town for a conference, the facilitating conference site was out of budget. So I researched surrounding locations. This location was in budget, and to be honest the rooms are way nicer than the resort that held our conference. Beds are comfortable, room was spacious and had a kitchen, which was a great amenity. I will keep this location on file for future opportunities.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious, comfortable with kitchens and work space.
Safety: All exterior doors are always locked, all food and parcel delivery are left at the check in area and the office contacts the guest to pick up the delivery. Keeping guests safe.
Food and drinks: They keep a nice variety of snacks and beverages including wine and beers in lobby available for purchase.
Noteworthy details: You can leave a grocery list at the front desk and they will have your groceries available when you return. Above and beyond.

A little late on the review but stayed here at the end of January and went to Barrett Jackson. Quiet, clean and free complementary breakfast to get you started for the day. I would definitely stay here again

We were moving our family from Texas to California, we stayed at two previous Marriott’s along the way. We made all reservations online with the Friends and family discount. Both previous Marriott’s allowed us to check in. The person in this Marriot did not allow us to check in unless we provided a paper form for the discount. We offered to email it to them, but he told us to go to the printer and print a paper form. When asked why the previous two Marriots did not require the paper form he said “those two Marriots are doing it wrong. Sometimes they don’t care, we care and we do it right. He refused to check us in until we printed out the form at their desktop printer. The printer would not work with airdrop or via blue tooth. He said “you need to log in to your email, and then print.” Again, why not just send to his email or the front desk email? I appreciate the other Marriots for not requiring the piece of paper. They had the digital form and that was acceptable. Not something you want to deal with when you just finished driving over 300 miles and just want to check in.

Nice room. Not much in the way of services. No restaurant or bar on site.

Location_ fantastic. Rooms-pretty good but lacking attention for Scottsdale standards. They don't have to-go breakfast like brochure say but it's good. Laundry requires old school quarters. Requires cash only. No card. See my video!

Rooms desperately need updating. They have tried to do updates, but they need a full on renovation. Even though hotel is meant to be non smoking, the room reeks of cigarette smoke and every evening we could smell cigarette smoke thru the air vents. Also, there were large dogs (german shepherds) staying in hotel, when dog size limit is meant to be 30lb. So not a lot of oversight by management. Wifi is messed up - you have to end up using the public wifi instead of guest. On top of all this you also get to pay $10 per day for parking to just park out in the open sun with no designated spot etc. Will not likely stay here again, which is a pity because location is good.

Hotel is off a main road, but tucked away enough that noise is minimal/non existent. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodated all of our requests, and even had the pack n play for our baby all set up and ready for us when we arrived to our room. I wouldn't hesitate to come back to this hotel if we were to come back to the Scottsdale area.

Rooms: Had a suite, which included a stove, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. The shower was roomey. Had two windows for fresh air. The closet was good-sized. Cleaning personnel were very accomadating with my cleaning specifications. The pool was big enough to do laps, if you want.
Nearby activities: A walkable little mall with Starbucks. Leisure restraunt nearby. 10 minutes from Mayo Clinic Hospital.
Safety: Secure
Food and drinks: Went out to restaurants which were nearby.
