This car was EVERYTHING I was looking for. I live in buckeye so I drove an hour and a half away to go see it. I was going to do a trade in, when I get there, a young man greeted me by the door so I thought I would give him a chance to get the commission. I didn't have an appointment with anyone. I tell him I'm looking for this car that they just posted and I'm eager to buy it . He shows me the car and it's perfect. We sat down and start talking numbers. Him and his boss only presented 2 options to me. They basically said because I was going to have a negative equity that "the banks don't want to lend money on used cars if we're doing a trade in as well"His boss and himself were very insistent that I was not going to get approved for that car .they also stated "we can NOT make that work, it's impossible, we cant just transfer the negative equity on the new loan, the banks, don't want that" They kept showing me new cars models 2024 only. I kept telling them I could not afford a brand new vehicle right now, this Toyota was perfect for me because it was in my budget and I had all the features I wanted. For 3 HOURS they insisted that my only option was to get a brand new vehicle . I left bummed out, thinking I missed out on the best opportunity of my lifetime. Two weeks later, I make an appointment for my bank and I basically discuss what had happened. The person that was helping me out with the loan gasped as I'm telling him what they told me. He stated " it's very much possible for you to have gotten that car if you would've came to the bank and talk to us, it seems like they were just pushing to get a higher commission, because the newer, the car, the more expensive and the more expensive the more the commission" Anyways, I ended up getting approved for 38K .. more than I thought I would. Now I'm back to square one looking for something similar like this. I am so mad and frustrated that I was robbed from this opportunity because of the lack of knowledge, the salesman had. Right Toyota you could've had a customer for life I could've referred you every person I met and knew. Please do better next time, this deal could've literally changed my life. I feel like I was robbed from an opportunity. DONT SHOP HERE UNLESS YOU KNOW YOUR STUFF MORE THAN THEM.

My experience at Right Toyota began with me going in knowing exactly which vehicle I wanted from finding a listing online. When I arrived at the dealership I was politely greeted by a sales rep named Ian Erekson which he introduced himself to my girlfriend and I and immediately asked what he could help me with. I was able to show him a picture of the vehicle I was looking for and he knew to locate the car's stock number, he grabbed the keys and he walked us right to it. The entire experience was very educational, friendly and respectful. Ian built a great rapport with my girl friend and I right away. With this experience, Ian was able to make me feel comfortable and happy with the choice of car I sought out, Toyota Tacoma '21. Overall, Right Toyota and their staff made my visit very smooth and successful.. all the way through arriving, securing a deal and going through financing all with no pressure. I would recommend Ian E. for any questions on vehicles and going through with your next purchase!

When it comes to car dealerships these people must be the lowest of the low. I saw an ad for a $19K Rav4 listed by them on AutoTrader.com (see photos). The price seemed too good to be true but I got a similar fantastic deal on my last car so though it could actually be real. Besides this seem to be a major dealership so one would not expect unscrupulous tactics. So I called them Friday night right before closing to make sure they actually had this specific car for this price with the shown specs. I talked to this guy DeMichael and gave him the stock # and he assured me they had the car and that all the information in the ad was correct. I said I had to be100% sure since I would be driving all night from LA to get there by morning thinking at that deal you have to be quick. Still he assured they had the car knowing full well that this was a bogus ad for a car that did not exist on their lot. How evil can you be having me drive a total of 12 hours RT sacrificing my sleep for a car they don't have. I showed up there before they opened and was (of course) told that "the car had been sold, but they have plenty of other cars I should look at". This must be the worst case of "bait and switch" ever. To say I was upset is an understatement. Afterwards I discovered that they had posted yet another bogus ad for a Rav4 at the same too-good-to-be-true price on AutoTrader.com. These people have no conscious. I don't know how they sleep at night. They really need to lose their dealership license. Toyota; don't let them ruin your reputation.In response to Matt W.:That is just a lie. You had 2 Rav4s advertised 11K and 14K below normal prizing. The one I saw initially was posted Friday night as a new listing and I called to check that you had it right before closing 9 PM Friday night and I was there before you opened Saturday morning. When did you sell it?? In the middle of the night?? The first one I went to buy, and that you supposedly sold, is STILL listed at 19K 10 days later. The 2nd one you changed the price to 43K

Before you visit this overpriced glass enclosure called Right Toyota Service Center , write your will , say goodbye and get your affairs in order because you never know when you will be able to get your vehicle back .Also it might help to dress up like a man , they seem to respond better to men , women pls take a man along with you. We still live in stone ages apparently.If you ask them to justify delay they like to shout at you and intimidate you.Edit - I wrote to this person below Matt upon returning back home , from my email ID . Explained how I left in tears because of the way I was treated that day and how I think me writing to service department would have zero impact . Whether he realized that this review and the mail were same person or not, lack of response to direct complaint , not shared on social media, shows how much you care. His other CRM Taylor was also notified via email. And these guys suggest I should have approached Service Center mgr. my friend Matt I had mentioned in my email why I wrote to CRM and not service center. All this I had done before this Yelp review! Good job gaslighting me by the way!

I bought my last two cars here and I come here for my service as well. The Toyota Care Plus plan is a great deal and a nice way to pay a lower amount up front for service on your car so you don't have to worry about it every visit. My service advisor is Matt B. and he is always friendly and helpful. I'll keep coming here as long as I own a Toyota!

I cant express how positive of an experience I had in my car purchase journey. I stopped in a few months back and Christian introduced me to a few great models. He was so educational and fun to work with. We left that day with out feeling any pressure to buy same day. I stopped into a few other dealerships in The Valley and none compared to my experience here. I reached out to Christian yesterday to meet back up to chat more about options and ended up driving away more than satisfied with my vehicle choice. The process start to end maybe took 2 hours & not to mention A+ customer service.

I don't write reviews often and when initially leaving had no intentions of leaving a review good or bad. However, our leaving was soured by the manager. The car we initially came for was sold before we got there. The first guy helping us swapped with someone else because he had another customer to help instead. We were shown a car quite a bit higher than our budget and we were willing to look into it if it could go into a price range we could afford. Even after we were willing to go a good amount over our initial budget they were unwilling to budge which we were fine with and just going leave and continue car shopping. It would have been fine had it had been left at that. We even told the guy we were working with that we would be willing to work with him another time if they got some other cars in later. But as we were pulling out to drive home we were flagged down for a final price still way too high and we were willing to go a little bit higher but lower than what they wanted still because we really needed to stay closer to our budget. Then the manager that we never had contact with the entire time came out and yelled at my husband over the price. He was very insulting with his tone and seemed to only come out to talk to us to prove he's right about the price. We didn't even go to the dealership for that car to begin with. We were willing to come back another time to look for different cars later but now because of the manager we will not be shopping here at all. We will take our business somewhere else where we won't be screamed at just for leaving peacefully with plans to do more business later. The salesmen were nice, that manager just ruined the whole experience.

Very engaging salesman that made what is usually an uncomfortable process, very pleasant. He wasted little time in showing us availability and value in the lot. A decision was made easier because of this.Finance was equally much, much easier this time around and the agent was nice. He took his time with us and steered us to a better outcome.Overall a refreshingly positive experience that should be commended.

I usually don't care for salesmen who pounce on me when shopping unless I want to talk to one. Christopher Wesley at Right Toyota in Scottsdale respected our space and was there to answer questions as needed. It was a pleasure working with him to purchase a new vehicle and I would highly recommend him. I am one happy customer!

Yesterday, my husband and I went shopping for a new vehicle. We've owned several Mercedes Benz vehicles and after having trouble with the 2021 and 2022 "Covid Cars" we were considering changing brands. We knew we wanted an SUV and have considered Audi, Lexus, BMW and Porsche, but the Toyota reviews have been outstanding. We arrived on the lot and were met by Jackson Garcia. We found Jackson to be cordial, incredibly knowledgeable and put us very much at ease. After discussing our needs, we decide to drive and purchase a 4Runner Limited. Jackson clearly described a multitude of options for financing. We negotiated terms that made sense for us and Anthony Lydon, Jackson sales manager was very pleasant and comfortable to negotiate with. We signed documents with finance manager, Spencer Koenig and the process was very quick, smooth, clear and professional! Anthony Lydon called the next day to check in and send YouTube tutorials. Although Jackson went through all the features, there was a lot to learn and the tutorials were helpful. It really was a wonderful buying experience! I would definitely recommend Right, Toyota, Jackson, Anthony, and Spencer!

Whenever I meet with him, he is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly from start to finish.He always explains the work or service that needs to be done to my car clearly and keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. Website shows $1295.00 for tint and paint protection on several NEW cars. When you call in they tell you it's $1995.00 and that $1295.00 is for used cars and they will not negotiate. Also was being quoted at $32,000 for a base Prius when everyone knows it's $28,000 for a base. Basically if the first conversation is full of BS and website prices don't match what they tell you over the phone you are in for a ride...and not a good one.

I have been to this dealership quite a few times over the past six months and my past experiences have not been the greatest, but the most recent time I came in we were assisted by Kevin Gallegos and he was absolutely amazing! He was so helpful and nice, which is hard to find nowadays with car sale people. Usually they push too hard and when they don't gain your service or find out your not looking to buy that same day their attitude towards customers instantly changes, which is what my past experience has been like at this Toyota.He offered to help us find what we were looking for (2023Rav4 XLE premium) and we did! We told him we weren't 100% sure about buying that day so he sat us down to talk up a deal and was so hospitable and cracked a few jokes here and there to keep what usually is a painstaking experience, and made it light hearted and easy. We definitely put him through the ringer negotiating, but he never said no and never changed his calm, collected demeanor. I know that there's a terrible stigma surrounding car salesman, but if Toyota wants an employee to base their customer satisfaction off of Kevin is the man for that! (We bought the car)

So I’ve been looking for a hybrid sienna for almost a year. It’s not a dealership issue but all vehicles with a hybrid motor are super hard to come by. I’ve spoken previously with the folks at Right Toyota but it’s so hard to find inventory (however they were happy to discuss all available options with me-but nothing was right). Well last night a 2023 hybrid sienna popped up, I called them at 0800 today and they set it aside for me and I showed up 1 hour later. The car was exactly as described and Kenny was our salesmen, with test drive, negotiation and finance we were out in under 2 hours. Hands down the best car buying experience I’ve had ever. It’s a weird time to buy hybrid cars as inventory is so low, but they worked with me on trade in value and honestly I paid almost exactly what I wanted for our car. Kent the finance guy was fast, honest and not pushy in any way. He even got us financed through our own bank. I’ve never had a good experience in a dealership ever, and I dread the few times I’ve ever had to buy a car-but if Right Toyota has the car you are looking for I would suggest giving them a try. I would absolutely buy other vehicles from them

We had gone to this dealership with a great offering in mind, but were beat by another buyer by two hours! With this and my stubborn mind initially made up to want to wait around for another “too good to be true” deal somewhere else, we STILL ended up leaving with a vehicle that we ADORE thanks to the expertise in navigating this tricky car market from the floor manager at Right Toyota Scottsdale. We had high standards for walking out with a vehicle that day that I initially thought that they were not going to be able to meet, and I didn’t plan on it at all after our huge deal option was no longer in stock. But we came home in an almost new 4Runner and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for your patience with us and we’ll be back when it’s time to go with our next Toyota vehicle!!
