The same terrible service and horrible customer service as previously done by Safeguard, now with a healthy sprinkling of fraudulent billing with AAA smart home. Would give negative stars if allowed! Use someone else...literally anyone else!!!

Equipment has not worked well since installation. When trying to schedule service to correct the issues, the response time was very slow and required 3 addition calls after the first call to get an appointment scheduled.

Before Safeguard Security was purchased by AAA Smart Home the quality of service and customer response was top-notch. I loved it. But since the buyout, calling customer service on the phone has been frustrating, with on-hold times ranging from 10-30 minutes.
