Progressive and Safelite AutoGlass working together to take advantage (scamming) of their customers.I had to pay $500 for a windshield replacement because they denied my request to replace my windshield with OEM original Mazda windshield.I will never use either one of them for anything !

Had some small chips repaired. Done in record time but not like past experiences and didn’t even clean the windshield.

Made an appointment two weeks ago to have my windshield replaced. Dropped my truck off at 8:30am this morning. The receptionist told me I was only the third customer to arrive, so it probably wouldn't take all day. I received no progress updates but decided to check on my truck around 3pm. My truck had been moved, so I assumed it was done. But when I looked at it, they hadn't even touched it. Just didn't do the work. It sat there all day in the parking lot. When I inquired about what happened the receptionist wasn't even apologetic. Such terrible customer service! I would NEVER go back to Safelite and would never recommend them to anyone.

Damage was superficial and they are not able to repair a "chip" that didn't penitrate. Very nice people.

Reliably good service. The windshield had a slight imperfection and they agreed to replace it without question, which we plan to do if necessary.

This place don’t respect customers time, I had an appointment on Saturday at 3 pm, after waiting 90 minutes they informed me that they don’t have the right part, the appointment was rescheduled on Wednesday at 7 am, after waiting 75 minutes they informed me that they don’t have the right parts, then when I asked to talk to the manager, the technician came back to tell me that they have the right part, however I gave to wait another 2 hours because they have to start late, I insisted to talk to the manager, he finally shows up to blame me, moreover he moved the labor time to at lease 3 hours as a penalty for complaining to him, ending up wasting the whole entire morning to replace the windshieldThose people have no respect or responsibility to customers

Terrible experience. Paid up front, first appt waited for two hours then was told they never ordered the windshield. They said they’d do a mobile visit, waited a few weeks, the tech was nice at the visit but the tech noticed the windshield they ordered had a crack in it. Waited more weeks, finally had to call them and have them schedule a third appt. Was told they’d look into a discount. Instead, days before my third appt, I got my original payment refunded and was given an invoice $150 MORE than the original! Customer service was no help. Cancelled appt, will look for somewhere else. Would not ever use Safelite again.

They siphoned the gasoline in the tank of my car, i was surprised it's almost empty. I have them work in my windshield coz its what my insurance referred me to. I left my car overnight coz they instructed me to. I was skeptical of having my windshield replaced by this workers. Have bad feeling of their service workers. They stole the gasoline inside my cars gas tank by siphoning it. Bad workers! Hey Mr Manager! If you're reading this, tell your workers who did it? Thanks.

Called a few days in advance to get an idea of how long a windshield replacement would take (was told would take no more than 4 hours, and that I would receive a text message with updates on progress). Set up the appointment, and brought the car in around 9-9:30am on a Saturday, thinking that I would have my car by mid-afternoon, with more than enough time to attend the funeral of my friend's mother. 3pm comes around, and still no text message from Safelite, so I call and was told that I'll have my car closer to closing. A few minutes after I get the call, I get the text message that they started working on my car. Didn't get my car back until after 5pm, at which point the funeral service is already over. The glass replacement was clearly rushed and Safelite did a very sloppy job, as the right side of the windshield whistles very loudly whenever I'm on the highway- as you can see by the seal not even being fully installed on the right side of my windshield. They really dropped the ball here. I should have read and listened to the other reviews saying how bad Safelite was, and I should have listened. Stay away and take your money somewhere else, because Safelite will let you down
