We received our vaccines a few days ago. Shortly thereafter we received emails of the vaccination records. The record was attached but in order to view it, one must create an account online. There was another option listed which did not work. I created the account, answered multiple questions and found that there was no record. There was a message that told the reader that pharmacy services would be posted 24-48 hours after the appointment. I waited another two days and went through the same procedure. Nothing. Let's say a nonline account. I visited the pharmacy, talked to the pharmacist of the day. She was kind and helpful after I explained the issue. She printed copies of the vaccine administered and I was done. That took her a few minutes. I wish the other staff had done that to begin with. Shared parking and WiFi.

Go someplace else. They scheduled six people all for the same time slot for vaccine shots. I saw and spoke with six. May have been more. "Computer error," they told me.

My usual pharmacy was out of stock so my doctor called my prescription in to this location instead. Unfriendly, unhelpful customer service. It's like I inconvenienced them.

Terrible at keeping people informed about the status of prescriptions. When insurance would not cover what was prescribed the pharmacy simply ignored the order. Had I not called about status I would have never known.

They are not answering their phone. I want to know if they have a prescription filled so i don"t have to drive the 7 miles for nothing. They need more staff.

I would give zero if I could. Incompetent and rude. Had appointments for covid 2nd shot and the woman was so rude behind the counter. Immediately told us they didn't have Pfizer when that is not what we were there for. Didn't seem to know how to work a computer and fumbled around for ten minutes trying to locate our appointments which were verified. We then sat there for an hour while the nurse sat in her office with no patients. Not to mention she had a horrible cough which did not instill confidence. We then left and had to deal with rude woman again to get our insurance cards back. They were also way behind on everyone's scripts but apparently didn't notify them since they were all waiting.

Hi there. I've written prior and even had an opportunity to speak with an assistant manager a few months ago with regards to the short staffing and horrible morale in the deli department and store in general. I'm writing because there were 21 carts in line waiting for four registers this afternoon at 3:00 p.m. at the store in North Scottsdale and Asher Hills. Not only were there 21 carts waiting to be checked out but the deli closes now at 2:30 p.m. . My husband and I live here full-time and we work. Having a deli close at 2:30 in the afternoon on a weekday is unacceptable. Having 21 carts waiting in line to check out while people are standing there with frozen food in their carts and meat products is unacceptable. You are starting to endanger your customers and I will never be back to your store. Please be merciful to the people of this area and just shut this store down immediately. I've given the store the benefit of the doubt more times than I should. The assistant manager previously told me that you hire high school children to give them opportunities but I think its likely to hardly pay them any money, not to mention the fact that they cannot be there until after school hours. However, it is our busy season up here as I'm sure you are aware and you're handling of the situation is unacceptable. If you cannot plan for the crowd swing and you cannot service the customers you have, then please shutter up the store and move on. All you are doing now is providing pain to the customers you have. And trust me when I tell you, I am one of the friendly voices in the crowd as we all wait to pay for our food. Although I will no longer be at your store, I hope you will do the right thing and either gut the store management or shut it down. I will be sending a note through corporate as well. It's better to have no store than a store you cannot rely on.

So unfriendly and unhelpful. They gave me only 3 days worth of medication when my prescription was for 5 days and they never admitted their mistake and said they would need to reorder

Very disappointed with this store for the number of people that are allowed in and roaming the store without masks. Since Frys and Walmart started requiring masks seems all the anti-maskers are now shopping here. Until they require masks and enforce it I will no longer shop here.

I called the Safeway pharmacy at the Summit (Scottsdale Rd at Ashler Hills) to confirm they had the shingles vaccine in stock. The women with whom I spoke said they did and to come in after 11:30 (due to a meeting that day they would not be giving vaccinations until after 11:30) but before 5 pm. I arrived at 4 pm and was told by a very rude employee that they were only giving the vaccine to people who needed the 2nd shot. I explained to her that I had called and nobody told me this- only that the vaccine was available. She said "well if I had taken that call I would have told you that we are saving our supply for people who need the 2nd shot". No apology, no attempt to find a solution. Needless to say I will not be shopping at any Safeway store or pharmacy in the future. This company used to provide really great service. Clearly that is no longer a priority.
